have an idea on how it works if we haven't met before I'm Alma and I hope customize and create Disney vacations for guests that are crafted to each individual family group couple or solo trip based on personal needs and budget if you're interested in having your own personal Disney Vacation Planner I'd love to chat with you my services are always free a little disclaimer here before we get started one the prices are in u.s. dollars Rory my fellow Canadian friends with the fluctuating dollar it's difficult to keep the rates updated to this budget worksheet is only a helpful planning tool so that you have a realistic budget in mind and in no way an official travel quote please contact your friendly Disney travel planner for an official quote if you have any questions please don't hesitate contact me I have included my contact information in the video notes below now let's get started on this main page you'll see a breakdown of all of the costs at the bottom you can see the different sections which you can click through budget which is the page that were on resorts porches a list of resort choices daily rate which shows you the daily rate for each Resort Hotel you can see the dates this about down the side and the hotels is that all along the top dining which shows you the daily rate for dining tickets and that shows you the average daily rate for per ticket choice and you see that the ticket price goes down the longer your stay and then we have parking which gives you the daily hotel rate for parking if you choose to drive or rent a car okay so let's go back to the main page and I'll show you how to fill the worksheet up I usually start by entering the total budget amount that you would like to work with and then we can pop down and start entering in your expenses your expenses start here on line 14 in the sample budget I based it on to adults for a seven-night stay so in line 14 you can see here it's a drop-down menu and you can choose your resort of choice here I put these guys at Disney pop century resort now let's figure out your average price per night so if you click over to the daily rate tab and choose your dates let's say you want to travel me first checking out May 8 and staying at pop century show us the resorts along the top here pop century is my first column so I go down to May first and then you can actually just highlight from May 1st to May 7th because it's her night stay and you'll see at the bottom here it gives us an average daily rate it shows the number of nights and then we can pop back over to our budget worksheet and enter in our sending lights and the cost per night was 1 1 571 and then it's going to give us our total amount here next we enter in our resort tax there's only any one resort tax and over here you'll see my note it says 13.5% at all star resorts otherwise it's 12.5% so the tax on Disney sports entry it's roughly 5% which gave us one point four eight seven next we're moving on to park tickets and this is also a drop down menu so you can select what type of cook tickets you want these ones are going to be set to one park per day then you go over to your ticket tab and you're gonna have to do a little bit of math here for this one we are doing one park per day for seven days and you'll see that the 7-day price is sixty two dollars and you multiply that by two people which gives us one hundred twenty four dollars and we hop back over to our budget and we go here and we're doing seven days 124 dollars and it gives us our total amount moving along and we do a similar thing for the Dining Plan there's a jump down menu can choose which dining plan you want and we pop over to the dining table and figure out how much it's gonna cost for dining so a little bit of math here as well and we have our sample here says a Disney quick-service Dining Plan which is fifty to fifty per adult per day so when you multiply that by two and it's giving us 105 dollars per day we just pop it in our seven days hundred five dollars and it'll give us our total amount and then you will see some other options under the expenses tab the memory maker this one is 169 if you buy it before your trip it is 199 park then you have your options for travel if you're flying driving parking car rentals so this is your whole transportation section we fill in the information just as we did above and then you have additional lines to put in your budget for your souvenirs and gifts for your purchase food and drinks there's also a column for special event tickets like Mickey's not-so-scary Halloween party Mickey's very Merry Christmas party early hours events or VIP tours so you can pop that all in there and that's it well there you have it I hope you find this budget worksheet helpful if you think that something else should be included please comment your request below thank you for taking the time to watch this tutorial and have a magical

3 Little Known Tips To Saving Money On Beach Vacation Travel
Here’s a really simple way to save on beach vacation travel. We are going to show you 3 ways to save you some bucks when booking your next beach vacation. The beach is an incredible experience. No matter whether you’ve traveled to far western Australia or taken a quick weekend trip to the Jersey Shore, barring rain, the beach is usually a really enjoyable experience. We’ve taken trips all over the world we’ve missed giant opportunities of money savings that were seemingly all around us if we had just taken the time to do a little extra research. Well, you are in luck. The travel research has been done for you, all you have to do is be willing to keep reading. Before you know it, you’ll be taking the beach vacation of your life, for a steeply discounted price. Here we go:1) Buy it used. Well, not really used: more like discounted (or unused actually). Sometimes, people can put their vacation opportunities up at real discounts. Did you know that there are all sorts of people out there who own time shares but can’t use them for various reasons? Maybe the season isn’t right, or they can’t seem to get the flight that they need. Ebay has a thriving market for timeshare opportunities. A lot of the listings are permanent (e.g. people looking for others to buy their times shares out completely), but sometimes people are just looking to monetize a weeks worth of timeshare that they can’t seem to use themselves. Their loss can be your opportunity. Ebay is an auction, and the highest price wins usually.2) Compare everything. Guess what? Expedia and Orbitz seem like they are juggernauts of internet travel and they control a lot of the market. BUT, they don’t have every vendor available. A lot of the discount airlines like SouthWest and JetBlue don’t use either of these massive companies and you can only get their deals by going directly to their website. Don’t’ tell anyone, but from what we’ve heard JetBlue is supposed to have really nice seats and monitors on new planes with really good prices. We haven’t used JetBlue ourselves yet, but it’s supposed be really good (especially at delivering good value on Northeast to Florida routes). That tip alone could save you some bucks while getting you a really nice flight.3) The first 2 points are perfectly valid in any trip planning but almost worthless when you consider that you might have to shell out a lot more bucks for destinations abroad. There is a beautiful beach state located not too far from anyone East of the Mississippi. That’s right. Florida. Florida is back and it’s beaches are still fantastic. Florida is still beautiful. There has been a lot of development of Florida during the last 50 years, but Florida is still a massive state with plenty of undiscovered beaches. The state of Florida can be great if you know where to look. It’s pretty nice. Trust us….the undiscovered spots of Florida can really be something else. However, they are becoming more and more difficult to find as thousands of people move to Florida every month.

this video is about how to budget for a vacation. Travel budget is very important to consider when booking a vacation. I use this process every time I budget for a vacation. Travel budgets are always different depending on where you go, but you must know how to budget for a vacation.

Financial Education
good day subscribers thank you so much for joining me today on the financial education Channel so today we're talking about how to budget for vacation and I'm not just talking about a weekend getaway or just some small vacation up to the mountains to go camping or something I'm talking about a big vacation like a week-long to a major travel destination where you're gonna spend quite a bit of money a type of trip that you have to plan for six nine months in advance maybe even a year in advance so I'm gonna go through a couple scenarios with you guys today on how I budget for big vacations and how you might want to start thinking about budgeting this way it will make your vacations much better much less stressful because you planned upfront so let's go ahead and get into this right now on the big board we are gonna plan a trip to Hawaii Oh Hawaii we love Hawaii so we got Hawaii Hawaii trip so don't matter what big vacation you go on the first two categories will always be on there generally I shouldn't say always generally be on there one's gonna be flight so your airfare flight flight and hotel Oh so always number one line think about your flight in your hotel those are two biggest expenses generally and they're generally always a must now sometimes you can drive to a major travel destination sometimes you might not need to stay in a hotel because you know someone that lives in a major travel destination you stay with them but for most people it's unrealistic so you're probably gonna have a flight you're probably gonna have a hotel so a trip to Hawaii you're probably looking at about $600 per ticket for your flight so if it's a couple you know your your husband or your wife or your boyfriend/girlfriend whoever you're looking at about 600 hours per ticket so that's 1,200 just in plane tickets if you just want a basic hotel in Hawaii you're looking at around 200 a night so if you're doing a five night hotel you're looking at 1200 in the flight and you're looking at a thousand dollars in the hotel because five nights times 200 dollars a night so you're looking at $2,200 just an air travel and hotel we haven't even gotten all the fun stuff or anything else like that flight in a hotel you're at 2,200 bucks that's why trips for the majority of people you need to plan way in advance at least six months minimum before you even think about going on a vacation if not nine months that way you give yourself time where you can save up and save me money toward that trip but when you're thinking about this trip you need to do this work all first exactly what we're doing here that you need to do this figure out all these expenses so flight in a hotel is a number one now a trip to Hawaii you may or may not rent a car but if you do rent a car no matter where you go you need to have that in here a car is generally a pretty big expense and very expensive if you are young I know when I was around 21 or 22 I had rent a car we went on a vacation and for five days it was like 600 bucks because I was under the 25 years of age so if you're under 25 years old and you're planning on going on a trip you get screwed if you rent a car absolutely screwed so that is something to take into account there now the next biggest category you're going to spend most of your money on on major vacation is food so you need to have a budget for food everywhere you go that's a major travel destination you're probably gonna want to eat lots of food there and it's probably gonna be pretty expensive so whether you go to Hawaii it's probably gonna be pretty expensive whether you go to Vegas and stay on the strip everything's very expensive whether you go to Miami everything's very expensive so don't matter where well no matter where you go things are gonna be pretty expensive for food so create a food budget and how I do it is I think about okay I'm gonna spend this much for breakfast on average probably this much for lunch this much for dinner so maybe it's a 10 20 30 I don't spend $10 for breakfast $20 for lunch $30 for dinner so I'm gonna spend $60 per day times five days there let's assume we've got our $300 and spending for food so figure out this category because this is your next biggest expense so food flight and hotel you're generally always going to have on every vacation generally okay so now for this Hawaii trip so now we got to figure out activities budget activities so you need a research do I want to drive to the top of the volcano I'm doing either rent a car for that if I haven't how much is it for a day do we want to go snorkeling how much your snorkel rates do we want to do this that now you don't need a plan at all where you're like booking at all but you need have in your mind okay we're probably gonna do this we're probably gonna do that we're probably gonna do this we're probably gonna go shopping and spend some money and whatnot so have a budget prepared for all those types of things I know when I went to Hawaii I probably spend $500 on activities we probably spend $500 on activities so have an activities budget in mind one last category is your emergency category emergen three boy that got sloppy head down there thought and it's hard to write down there so emergency not really like an emergency budget it's more like a if we go over budget money that's what it is if we go over budget somehow that's the last little bit of money so I always suggest no matter what once you figure out all these categories figure out like 100 $200 extra just in case you go over on food or just in case you want to do an activity so bad that's you know 100 $200 you have that in your emergency budget that way you never want to go on vacation and think oh man I wish I could have done that that stinks and then you know because especially a vacation like this it's not like it's just going to come every year it might be 10 years before you go back maybe 20 years you might never go back you never really know so you want to make the most sets I'll always have a little bit of money in that emergency fund just in case you want to do something else while you're there so let's assume this was Vegas instead of Hawaii you're planning on a trip to Vegas so flights probably gonna be cheaper because you don't have to fly all the way over across the ocean hotels are gonna be a little bit cheaper you can probably get a hotel for about 150 at night nice one and versus you know 200 plus if you're going to Hawaii car a car if you're going to Vegas trip you might not need to get one you can probably just uber your way around or walk the strip because most likely you're gonna stay on the strip your whole entire Vegas stay so uh you know something like this you probably wouldn't even want to rent a car because we're gonna spend way more money rent in a car and it's just probably gonna sit in the parking garage most the time food obviously you need your food budget like always always play your hotel or food activities so if you're doing a Vegas trip you'd want to think more like okay how much do I want to spend on gambling okay I'm gonna set $200 aside for gambling how much do I want to set aside to go to a club okay I'm gonna need a $200 go to club because $50 to get in for a person then we're gonna spend $50 each on drinks or whatever you'd want to think what are some other activities you would do in Vegas zip lines they have a lot of zip lines things like that in Vegas I'm trying to think of other things just think of things whatever what would you want to do in Vegas probably just party and have fun maybe gamble a little maybe go to a club drink and try to forget about your time no I'm just kidding so you need that activities category your emergency category same thing so you would cross out Vegas you put New York in here you could put Miami you could put wherever but do it this way flight hotel do you need a car food activities emergency and this will make your vacations that much better that much more fun that much more enjoyable very less stressful because you've already budgeted everything you have it all set aside you're not dipping into funds that weren't for that vacation you're only dipping into funds that you had already set aside strictly for that vacation and then you could just have a good time because you know what you budget fur at all and now it's just time to enjoy sit back and have fun anyways guys thank you so much for watching as always if you enjoyed this video and you think it was good hit the thumbs up button if you did not hit the thumbs down button even though I don't like thumbs down but you know what if you don't like it anyways subscribers thank you as always if you haven't subscribed you may want to financial A Watch this video:
hello from Amsterdam my name is Ivana and I am a travel vlogger today we're going to talk about how you can save enough money to travel because I get asked a lot Ivana how can you afford to travel so much to be very fair these days I get invited by PR companies a lot to visit their country or to visit a certain place or for a certain hotel so they usually take care of the expenses but when I first started traveling about 2 years ago I had saved for 3 years and I saved over 20 thousand euros today I'm going to share how I did that so you can also start saving for your own travels in case you want that step number one you need a goal you need a budget how much money do you need to save to travel to that country now there are two ways to determine your budget there is one the very detailed specific way so you need to determine the daily budget of a certain country seriously there are so many travel bloggers out there who literally I think documented the daily budget on any country you would want to travel so just type in daily budgets and the country where you want to go you will probably see a blog article and a blogger explaining how much money they spent on a daily basis in that country the next thing you do is you determine how long you want to stay in that country and you multiply the daily budget with the number of days that you want to save there you go there's your budget indication but of course you need to also include the you know the transportation fare so if you're going to fly to that country or maybe you want to go by train or bus whatever don't forget about that now that is the detailed approach my approach is hashtag Forever Lazy I just looked at my monthly costs in the Netherlands for a comfortable life not a luxurious life not a super low budget life but a comfortable life and I multiplied that by twelve there you go that was my yearly budget now that you have a budget and you know how much money you need to save the next step step number two is you need to know exactly on a detailed basis how much money is coming in and how much money is going out please do not make the same mistake I did for two my first two years of saving thinking that oh I know approximately how much money I can save I will just put that you know in my savings account and it will be fine because one day I decided just for fun to see exactly how much money was coming in and how much money was going out and it scared the living out of me because I was spending a hundred euros a week on BS like literally I would buy a sandwich here a notebook here you know hair stuffs there whatever just expenses so please please please start out the right way but everything in Excel like literally every dollar or euro you would give to a homeless person in the streets you document that document everything in you my friend I promise you you can save so much more money than you think you can step number three requires being very very honest to yourself because if you're going to save for a longer period of time like I did over the course of three years you know for sure there will be temptations there will be you will feel at one point you will feel because there are certain things you like to do and for me chopping and at one point you will have to give in to those temptations so it's better to control those temptations just write them down be honest to yourself and I'll get back to it with step number five step number four is also quite obvious look into that excel sheet and see the things that you really don't need and you can skip just looking at your expenses in a with a different eye like okay I can buy this dress for a hundred euros or I can travel in India seriously traveling in India it's like 150 euros per week or something what would you prefer I would prefer a week in India over a dress so make sure you're checking your excel with that kind of perspective step number five like I just said you are going to fill so what you're going to do is you're going to incorporate those failures into mini goals and many rewards so for me who loves shopping this meant calculating an extra budget in my savings for mini shopping breaks so every three months I would give myself a hundred euro and I would allow myself a self to shop if I saved the amount of money that I wanted to save for those three months so every three months I would have a little mini break where I could give into my temptations and I calculated that in the budget so I didn't feel I didn't need to feel guilty about it it was actually a reward not a mistake that many people make is not having that self-reflection or not be willing to admit to themselves that they are going to fail at one point you know it's it's the same state that people make with dieting I'm strong I can do this you know if I just put my mind to it Yeti Yeti era you know what happens your frustrations build over time because you're not giving in to your temptations and you end up eating so much more then you would have if you would have just had a Yolo day or something and with me like if I wouldn't have given in to my temptations my frustrations would have probably built over time and I would spend a lot more money in one goal than by just spending a little over my mini breaks you know so don't be stubborn just you know admit your weaknesses admit what kind of temptations you have and use them as a reward instead of you know being bound to feel I promise you this is a much more efficient way to save money than just being stubborn also it's very motivating to have mini goals that you can reach instead of just having to wait until what feels forever until you reach your big goal enjoy the process man I hope this video was helpful if you want to start saving for your own travels if it was please put a thumbs up in case you want to travel along click that subscribe button I am going to Morocco soon and also today when you are watching I had a last-minute trip to Berlin so you can see the preview of that on Instagram thank you so much for watching and I will see you next time bye

you don't have to be rich to travel but you do need to have money in order to do so here are my personal practices and how to save to be able to travel number one before you can save money first you need to earn money that means you need to have a job I am a believer of the honor pride and dignity of achieving my wants and needs because they work hard for them not because someone gave them to me or someone bought them for me I do however enjoy accepting gifts on special occasions like my birthday or Christmas if you are a hard worker you understand the pain of earning money that's why it's difficult for you to enjoy or take advantage of other people's money because you know that they work hard for that money number two after earning your own money now you can start saving money I have only two very simple very basic principles for this number one do not spend more than what you earn number two material things no matter how cheap or fancy you think they are minimize buying them say for example an iPhone 10 costs $1,000 and your monthly earning is over $500 and you may attract your savings you only have like $300 obviously both monthly earnings and your savings are not even enough to buy an iPhone so don't buy that iPhone numbers 3 by travelpod promo only buy travel tickets on economy accommodation on me I mean they really need to be in a business class accommodation if you are saving question is when two airlines offer promo flights in the Philippines I noticed that they do on national holidays so I watch out for these dates for example June 12 that's national Independence Day so by 12 a.m. be prepared watch out because they might have a promo no promo no treble number four I always look for accommodations in airbnb.com and I don't of course booked high-end hotels there's a lot of comfortable cheaper choices and Airbnb example when he went to Hanoi Vietnam we found this in Airbnb comm and this room is only one thousand forty seven pesos that's approximately twenty four dollars this is a very good price for this accommodation and there's four of us so you buy that by four that's two hundred sixty two pesos per person per night my point is I travel to explore and learn new things about that place not to say inside a bedroom of an overpriced hotel for the whole time so as long as there's AC so I can sleep soundly at night Wi-Fi so I can work because I work online and it's clean and comfortable it doesn't have to be so big then I'm in number five travel with a group you can save a lot because you share the expenses and traveling with friends is very very fun as for me I only travel with my closest friends because that's my way of bunting with them you have to invest quality time with your good friends number six cook your own meal and refrain from eating often in restaurants I only include this in our list because it really helped me a lot last year six months before we went to France last year finally I'm here yeah and you nervous just under the Eiffel Tower my god look below since our peso will be shrank to euro we needed to save more money and by committing to only go to the restaurants once a week we saved enough on our normal days we are struggling to follow this step because we always eat in the restaurants I love eating as much as traveling and sometimes when you work hard every single day it's tiring to poop for only two persons and a good meal served with plating is just a wonderful reward and anyway travel plans are in the future eating is everyday present and we have to enjoy the present first because we might not be alive to see the future excuses avoid getting sick by eating well doing exercise and having enough rest if he could stay healthy you don't have to waste any money for medicine or hospital bills why number eight build habits which save you money like always bringing a bottle of water from homes you don't have to buy drinks when you're outside in thirsty doing your own manicure pedicure cuts your cable TV connection if you have internet news movies you can view them all online don't go to shopping malls if you don't have something important to buy there or you will end up buying stuff you don't actually need that's it guys those are the simple practices I – so I'm able to spend my money in something more worthy travel and experience the best teacher the best education the best memories I would like to say hi and thank you to all my subscribers are there and if you're new to this channel please don't forget to click the subscribe button below thank you so much for watching
