hey everyone that twice and one day to go live how do you manage that hi Christine all right I am so excited about this unboxing you have no idea no idea the Toy Story movie is in our town today they have the first viewing at 1:30 which was like half an hour ago they've got another one tonight and then again Thursday Friday Saturday I believe so um who has seen the Toy Story movie so far has anybody already seen it and do you love it hey Joshua hi Kelly so we're live on Facebook and on YouTube so if I'm yelling people out it's because we're in both both both Lambs um this is like I don't know I don't even I can't contain myself you saw it it was awesome it was adorable so maybe this weekend I can go I don't know if then we'll want to go with me but who knows he might all right so let's let's do this shall we so they came out with a bundle and it's still available which I don't get why they must have made they must have known what's gonna sell a lot because it's still available right now which is phenomenal there's a bundle that you can get that have the two buddies you're gonna see those in a minute the two cent packs and the two bars for $95 so that's actually pretty good I think you're getting the bars for free doing that you could do just one of the buddies with the bar and the scent pack for $50 or you can do just the buddy the scent pack for $45 so if you're doing the bundles you're getting more for your money I mean you're actually gonna get some stuff for free so I did the $95 bundle so that's the two buddies the two bars and this 2 cent packs and we're going to do the scent bars first the sensi bars first that's what we can smell the scent all right so what do we want to do buzz lightyear or woody first put it in the comments what do you want to see first information okay are you ready okay Toy Story Disney Pixar Buzz Lightyear to infinity and beyond is the name of the scent guess what color it is I need to make sure my scent receptors are clear ready okay oh my gosh smells kind of creepy mmm it's fruity its fruity I love it oh mylanta all right blast off to a galaxy of endless imagination worth fizzy orange and blackcurrant are cosmically balanced with plum blossom and sugared raspberry holy Hannah okay I almost lost you there just funky thanks alright we're back oh goodness okay let's do that again let's smell again mmm mmm I cannot wait for this to be warm because cold I smell the blackcurrant let there sugared raspberry and plum blossom and busy orange I want fizzy orange Oh God okay smells amazing buzz lightyear so are we gonna do the Buddy or just the sense let's just do the sense okay so here's woody and this one's called reach for the stars and he is like a caramel brown mmm cowboy it up this is very woodsy mmm okay in a world full of possibilities the sky's the limit but you still feel grounded with white oak sandalwood and an uplifting touch of vanilla seriously mmm oh my gosh hey Cheryl mmm oh god that's nice very woodsy camp smelling oh that smells good okay okay this is the scent pack it will be open this is the artwork this brave Space Ranger is loyal to the ends of the earth and beyond and of course each Buzz Lightyear sensi buddy comes with a scent pack in our Buzz Lightyear to infinity and beyond fragrance and they come in an amazing box it's a Disney box oh I can't believe since he has a relationship with Disney like seriously don't forget we have little handles that pop out up at the top here oh my god he looks so big he is in one of the bigger boxes by the way do you remember our sensei buddies used to come in this big box come on Buzz Oh oh my gosh Wow he is huge look at the details okay all right okay his backpack guess what goes in his backpack seriously Oh Oh danger jet exhaust for real look at the details okay look it says Space Ranger Lightyear he's got his laser badge on the side and his rocket pack look at his gloves he's gonna sin see patch his feet are huge scentsy on the side he's got his moon boots on they're hard you're stinking cute look who's eyebrows o M G he's adorable oh my gosh okay that's buzz buzz lightyear okay are we ready to do woody hi mom yes okay I'm doing this too quick oh okay that's the box it's his hat he looks pretty big you're gonna meet me over buzz cuz there's not enough room on this desk both of you ready he's gonna be bald I can't do this tight guys I have to put the hat on wow you guys are big these are big look this is full size this is a full size buddy look how big but he'll be there this is a full size buddy you still he's supposed to be tall anyway right so he has his cowboy buckle look it doesn't work good they even have the stinking pull cord for him to talk can you imagine if he talked he's gonna share it badge he's good as hankie go get his boots oh it says sensi on his boot look with this little Spurs oh my Lanta and the belt loops look Oh the detail guys there's the sexy patch look at the details Lulu wow that is pretty spectacular he is amazing and you know what if you wanted to keep the Hat on him all the time I'm sure you could put a little safety pin or even just one little stitch and you could leave it there oh look at his gun holster Wow so cute I need to oh my gosh you've got the button here his buttons as hand gosh there's just so much detail in these okay I need to put his scent back in so just sit back oh it smells even better in the scent pack oh good gracious okay his zipper right here well buzz has an entire backpack okay oh my gosh seriously they're big they're huge look at them so you can get well the sub packs are in size you can't see impacts plus the bars and the scent Paks for $95 and it's legit Disney stuff made by sensi Wow ah this is amazing okay you can either go to my then get whichever one you want I'd get both these I'm going to tell you something like all the things that are being made by Disney or for Disney are gonna be collectibles there's no ifs ands buts about it they're gonna be collectibles because people are gonna sought after them when they no longer can get them and so like Winnie the Pooh and Tigger those were put away there in the vault can't get them anymore what was another one that they put in the vault right now you can get Daisy and Donald and Mickey and Minnie those are like the staple ones that you can get all the time but like the Aladdin wax collection the Cinderella lock wax collection those are all going to be collectibles when they're not available anymore so I'm telling you guys that you need to pick these up Oh stitch yeah stitch stitch how could I forget stitch okay he just wiped my these are mine you can't have these okay guys thank you for joining us to infinity and that was not buzz I wasn't even close like I – Hey this is Russell Brunson and welcome back to
my YouTube channel. I'm so excited to
have you here today. Today's video will be talking
about a secret funnel strategy that's literally taking
new business owners from startup phase to
Two Comma Club winners in a very short period of
time and that's what we'll be talking about, but before
we get into the training, I really quick want to make sure that you are subscribed
to my channel. If you're not yet, click

bell, that way you're notified when new videos are coming out. With that said, I want to share with you guys this
funnel strategy. If you know anything about
me, my name's Russell. I own a company
called ClickFunnels and I am obsessed
with sales funnels. But what is a sales funnel? A sales funnel is a simple,
easy way to sell stuff online. When you start figuring
out how to use it, it makes selling
stuff online so easy. This is the big secret
funnel strategy. What we do is we use a
concept called funnel hacking. What that means, you can go
and you can find people online who are making thousands or
millions of dollars online and let's say they have a
sales funnel and say page one looks like this and maybe on
page one they have a headline and they ask for your email
address and the submit button. Then from there, they take
you to page number two where they're selling something. Maybe there's a video
up top and maybe there's some headlines down here and
then there's a big order button and then from there
you're taken to a page that has an upsell,
we'll call this upsell and there's a video with
an upsell with a page and then from there it
takes you to a member's area with a whole bunch
of cool stuff. You guys have seen this before. If you've ever bought
anything online, you've gone through
a sales funnel, but a lot of times we
look at a sales funnel, we buy the thing, we're like,
oh that's really, really cool, but what I want you to do
is I want you to slow down next time you buy something
and look at the process. We call this funnel hacking. Look at what happened
with page one and page two and page three and page four. These funnels are not
just made by happenchance. There's people like
me who are obsessed, who geek out on this
all day every single day and every single
piece is like art. When you start looking
at that you say, okay, what did this company do? Let's say there's a company
online who's selling supplements and they're doing
really, really well. They're selling things and
you look at the sales process. Let's say they're selling
this and on the home page there's a bottle of this,
but they have the upsell they're selling more
bottles and over here they're selling
something different. If you're selling a supplement,
you can look at that as a business model. I look at funnels as models. I like to funnel hack
someone, I buy their product, I look at what it looks
like, and then from there you can map out
your business model. Say, okay, when I built my
funnel I know that I'm going to need a page
like that as well. They're selling, let's
say it's a keto supplement or they're selling a
supplement for dogs or whatever it might be. I look at that and say,
okay, how do I change it? I'm not going to copy anything,
but I'm gonna model it. I'm gonna model the look
and the feel and the layout. I look at that and say, okay,
what's my headline gonna be and I'm gonna ask for
an email address as well and if I'm here I'm gonna
look at the second page. Obviously, they have
their sales video, but I'm gonna put
my sales video there and then I'm gonna have my copy. I'm not gonna copy anything,
but I'm gonna model the layout of things, so I
model the layout. Then I look at the upsell and
I model the layout of that as well and I model every
single piece of the process. I think a lot of times
people who are trying to start a business
online, they struggle because they're trying to be
creative and trying to figure out a business model
and a business plan. People submit to me all the
time, here's my business plan, Russell, it's like 500
pages and I'm like, but do you even know
what you're selling and how you're selling it? The hardest thing about making
money online is figuring out what you're selling and
how you're selling it and the best way to figure
out how to sell it is to look at somebody else who's
selling something similar. Look at their sales
funnel, funnel hack it. Look at it, map out
what it looks like, and then now you know
what you need to build. This is your business model. I always tell people if they
want to submit a business model to me, this is
what I want to see. What is gonna be on
your landing page, what's gonna be your sales
page, what's on the upsell, what's on the downsell,
what does that look like, and then you go back
and you create it, and that's what
funnel hacking is. That's what the whole
secret funnel strategy is that I wanted to share with
you that's getting people from startup phase to
Two Comma Club winners practically overnight. I'm gonna be doing a
live training this week. In fact, here's a page for

when you go to this training, I'm gonna go deep into this. I'm gonna show you examples
of my supplement funnel. I had a supplement funnel
that was doing horrible and I found someone who
had a successful one, I modeled it, and it blew
up literally overnight. I'm gonna show you guys
what that funnel looks like, I'm gonna show you other
companies and how they do it and it's really fun and this

hey guys i'm kim heemin is your digital marketing strategist and in this episode we're going to talk about what you should be spending your first 100 dollars on Facebook Ads if you're trying to grow your online business and really start getting some momentum so if you want to learn more about how you should be spending your advertising budget definitely stick around all right so I hope I don't have to convince you that Facebook ads are incredibly relevant especially today when you can actually get some amazing cost per lead when you're trying to find your ideal prospects on the platform so if you've tried other services like Google AdWords you know that although those type of prospects are highly highly targeted because they're searching for your product program or service the cost per lead is actually really really high and well not bashing you know Adwords I think it's they're an amazing service and we use them all the time I just don't always think that it's the best way to spend money on getting liens when you're first getting started in your business or if you want to take you know things to the next level the problem with AdWords is that I shouldn't say the problem the the strategy with AdWords is that you're always targeting low-hanging fruit right it's those it's that segment of the market who's actively searching for a specific product because they have the intent to buy and around only you know about 10% of the market in any industry is actively searching for a specific service or product or program that they want and so you're missing out on 90% of the marketplace who is the right ideal customer for your specific product program or service but they're not actually ready to buy it yet or they might not even know that a solution exists to their problem so that's where Facebook advertising comes in and you have a much longer sort of customer journey right because with Facebook ads people are not looking to purchase things right then and there so you have to set a pathway a customer journey you know you have to introduce your brand you have to introduce yourself you have to lead with value and then take them through the process of building a relationship with them and closing them you know and having them become about in other words so a lot of times you know when I'm talking with customers and clients were actually going through an amazing rollout of a cool program inside the business on called smart Facebook ads and I've been talking a lot with my students about this mindset shift right this mindset shift that has to come when you're running Facebook Ads you have to Center your campaigns around content if you want to do some amazing things with Facebook ads every single day you know I get targeted by companies who are doing this all wrong on my Facebook newsfeed they're going straight in for the kill right they're going straight in for the sale and that's the equivalence of you know us going out and and you know hanging out at a party and then a random dude coming up to me and saying hey so I have this amazing product that does this wonderful thing for your hair I notice that you need it it's 50 bucks ready to buy it light as in like right now what first of all my reactions gonna be like dude I don't know you and you're cramping my style right I'm hanging out with my friends and having a good time I don't know who you are and I don't want to buy your stuff so whenever you are running Facebook ads is the same exact thing most of us go to coal traffic which just means that it's people that don't know who the heck we are and instead of introducing ourselves we hit them up with the latest offer the latest like marketing campaign and that's not the way to do that you want to build a relationship with people over time and you want to introduce your brand to them and you do so by adding value you do so by presenting them with content for online business owners that usually is you know a blog post video a podcast episode content that you've created that builds value that either entertains educates or empowers your users so that is one of the things that I want to talk about today because your advertising budget should account for folks who do not know you on Facebook and so you really just want to run three basic campaigns your cold traffic campaigns those are campaigns that are designed to war people up to your brand to introduce your brand to people who have never heard of you and transition them from someone who doesn't know you to someone who knows you and is beginning to trust you and is ready for you to present them and offer so the second campaign you want to run is to warm traffic and those are folks who know like and trust you right so they've already been introduced to your brand they kind of know a little bit about you but they haven't actually purchased from you yet and those are your website visitors those are your email subscribers those are your fans on your Facebook page and so those people you can become a little bit more aggressive and I use the word aggressive very lightly because I don't mean you're going to hammer them over the head you know with whatever offer you have it's not appropriate to go to your warm traffic and say bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye non-stop right you want to lead with value so get them on a webinar get them on your email list and sell them via email don't sell them directly on the platform although you can and it's appropriate in certain circumstances like for example if you're going to offer them a flash sale or you're going to offer them exclusive you know promotions that are only available to them because you know they're either your website visitor or they're on your email list or they're a Facebook fan you can also send them to an introductory low-cost offer which is usually what converts best so someone you know who doesn't really know you yet hasn't purchased from you might be apprehensive about buying something from you for the first time so one of the quickest ways to get away from that kind of objection is to offer them something small that is not very high you know cost introduce them to your product and down the line upsell them on your core offer so one of the ways that I do that here is I offer an introductory program called create a cookbook content calendar it's $19 and we sell it for $100 on the site but for new visitors we offer it to them for a limited time for just 19 bucks and they get introduced to our brand then we completely blow their mind with amazing content that is worth you know 30 40 times what they paid and then we upsell them on to the next product which in this case is either the business lounge or his Ilic to social those are my two core offerings and so you can do the same thing with any type of business right whether it be a traditional business that is selling physical products or you know an online business that is serving that is selling services when I used to run services but I did a service based model not a program or information based motto I did that for quite a few years and I used to introduce folks to my service by offering something very simple like for example setting up their Facebook page and designing their cover art and then once they started working with me they trusted me they knew the quality workout that I did I would actually upgrade them to a monthly recurring service plan and so that is a way that you can start moving folks from getting them to know you to actually becoming paying customers and that's what you want to allocate your budget for you know a warm audience and then finally you want to always bring your existing customers back to your business to purchase from you time and time again this is extremely important especially if you're doing business online so you want to make sure that you have enough offerings right enough products programs or services to where you can bring someone back to your business for more time and time again and so one of the ways that you can do this is via continuity program right so you can have a service based business and you get them on a monthly retainer or perhaps if you have a subscription maybe you sell actual products that are refillable like let's say supplements then you can get people on a subscription plan right you can get them on automatic refills and that way you are actually bringing them back a month after month into your business but let's say that you don't have a product like that let's say that your product is one-off and what once someone purchase it from you they're never going to do again or you have a very very long you know comeback cycle like we did for for Chris's moving company right people move Navy one time a year and it took a whole year right to even get a new customer to come back to us but it actually worked really really well so you want to nurture them and use your hot traffic campaign to get them to come back for more or at least have you remain top of mind so one of the ways a lot of companies do this is simply by you know sending ads to HOT traffic so people who have already purchased from them and what you do with that type of audience is you either re-engage them right you send them to more content you get them on a webinar you get them to read a blog post or you simply have them refer a friend you can have them come back and purchase something else this is great for retail companies right you guys have a ton of accessories and you have like you know shoes and beautiful um well let's say that you're a clothing retailer then you have like you know shoes and purses and all of these like hair pins and blouses and skirts so you have a lot of inventory right you can mix and match but for those of you who maybe have a service you can come up with a different type of service right you can that's very simple to do you can ask folks for their feedback you can constantly stay top of mind with them and so here at the company you know we're constantly getting folks to come back and actually be part of one of our webinars we pitch them on a different product and most of the time those are our superfans those are the people that purchase from us time and time again because they know the quality of our service they already trust us and guess what they'll refer their friends to us so they'll tag them in the comments and they'll be like oh this is awesome you have to check it out I just purchased it so though that's kind of like how you should really start spending you know your ad budget and then when it comes time to okay how much should you spend for a cold audience versus a warm audience you know versus a hot audience this is how I do it so I learned strategy from digital marketer Mollie Pittman she's amazing and I sort of tweaked it a little bit to fit my own client's needs and my own business so you can tweak it as well this is just a benchmark of what I recommend let's say that you are spending $10 a day on Facebook Ads you can spend less than that you can spend more scale it up or scale it down this is just a benchmark so if you're spending $10 a day you want to be able to spend 50 percent of your marketing budget on or your advertising budget on a cold audience because those are new eyeballs into your business right that's the new blood and you want to constantly bring new people into the business so I would spend five dollars a day in reaching a cold audience and then I would spend about thirty five percent of my advertising spend my total advertising spend on a warm audience so that would be three dollars and fifty cents per day and then a hot audience I would spend about 15% of my budget so um 15% of you know $10 a day is a dollar and fifty cents and so that should give you a benchmark of what you should be spending on these three basic and super essential advertising campaigns for your business I
