have the first viewing at 1:30 which was like half an hour ago they've got another one tonight and then again Thursday Friday Saturday I believe so um who has seen the Toy Story movie so far has anybody already seen it and do you love it hey Joshua hi Kelly so we're live on Facebook and on YouTube so if I'm yelling people out it's because we're in both both both Lambs um this is like I don't know I don't even I can't contain myself you saw it it was awesome it was adorable so maybe this weekend I can go I don't know if then we'll want to go with me but who knows he might all right so let's let's do this shall we so they came out with a bundle and it's still available which I don't get why they must have made they must have known what's gonna sell a lot because it's still available right now which is phenomenal there's a bundle that you can get that have the two buddies you're gonna see those in a minute the two cent packs and the two bars for $95 so that's actually pretty good I think you're getting the bars for free doing that you could do just one of the buddies with the bar and the scent pack for $50 or you can do just the buddy the scent pack for $45 so if you're doing the bundles you're getting more for your money I mean you're actually gonna get some stuff for free so I did the $95 bundle so that's the two buddies the two bars and this 2 cent packs and we're going to do the scent bars first the sensi bars first that's what we can smell the scent all right so what do we want to do buzz lightyear or woody first put it in the comments what do you want to see first this to be warm because cold I smell the blackcurrant let there sugared raspberry and plum blossom and busy orange I want fizzy orange Oh God okay smells amazing buzz lightyear so are we gonna do the Buddy or just the sense let's just do the sense okay so here's woody and this one's called reach for the stars and he is like a caramel brown mmm cowboy it up this is very woodsy mmm okay in a world full of possibilities the sky's the limit but you still feel grounded with white oak sandalwood and an uplifting touch of vanilla seriously mmm oh my gosh hey Cheryl mmm oh god that's nice very woodsy camp smelling oh that smells good okay okay this is the scent pack it will be open this is the artwork this brave Space Ranger is loyal to the ends of the earth and beyond and of course each Buzz Lightyear sensi buddy comes with a scent pack in our Buzz Lightyear to infinity and beyond fragrance and they come in an amazing box it's a Disney box oh I can't believe since he has a relationship with Disney like seriously don't forget we have little handles that pop out up at the top here oh my god he looks so big he is in one of the bigger boxes by the way do you remember our sensei buddies used to come in this big box come on Buzz Oh oh my gosh Wow he is huge look at the details okay all right okay his backpack guess what goes in his backpack seriously Oh Oh danger jet exhaust for real look at the details okay look it says Space Ranger Lightyear he's got his laser badge on the side and his rocket pack look at his gloves he's gonna sin see patch his feet are huge scentsy on the side he's got his moon boots on they're hard you're stinking cute look who's eyebrows o M G he's adorable oh my gosh okay that's buzz buzz lightyear okay are we ready to do woody hi mom yes okay I'm doing this too quick oh okay that's the box it's his hat he looks pretty big you're gonna meet me over buzz cuz there's not enough room on this desk both of you ready he's gonna be bald I can't do this tight guys I have to put the hat on wow you guys are big these are big look this is full size this is a full size buddy look how big but he'll be there this is a full size buddy you still he's supposed to be tall anyway right so he has his cowboy buckle look it doesn't work good they even have the stinking pull cord for him to talk can you imagine if he talked he's gonna share it badge he's good as hankie go get his boots oh it says sensi on his boot look with this little Spurs oh my Lanta and the belt loops look Oh the detail guys there's the sexy patch look at the details Lulu wow that is pretty spectacular he is amazing and you know what if you wanted to keep the Hat on him all the time I'm sure you could put a little safety pin or even just one little stitch and you could leave it there oh look at his gun holster Wow so cute I need to oh my gosh you've got the button here his buttons as hand gosh there's just so much detail in these okay I need to put his scent back in so just sit back oh it smells even better in the scent pack oh good gracious okay his zipper right here well buzz has an entire backpack okay oh my gosh seriously they're big they're huge look at them so you can get well the sub packs are in size you can't see impacts plus the bars and the scent Paks for $95 and it's legit Disney stuff made by sensi Wow ah this is amazing okay you can either go to my then get whichever one you want I'd get both these I'm going to tell you something like all the things that are being made by Disney or for Disney are gonna be collectibles there's no ifs ands buts about it they're gonna be collectibles because people are gonna sought after them when they no longer can get them and so like Winnie the Pooh and Tigger those were put away there in the vault can't get them anymore what was another one that they put in the vault right now you can get Daisy and Donald and Mickey and Minnie those are like the staple ones that you can get all the time but like the Aladdin wax collection the Cinderella lock wax collection those are all going to be collectibles when they're not available anymore so I'm telling you guys that you need to pick these up Oh stitch As an ecommerce business, one of the quickest and easiest ways to drive more revenue and make money online is by offering sales and discounts, but does it hurt your business?

The short answer is yes. When you offer a lot of sales and discounts, some people get used to it, and they won’t buy in the future unless there’s a sale or discount. But that’s okay, ’cause not everyone’s like that. The long answer is, by offering sales and discounts, even though it could hurt you a bit and it usually does, your total revenue and your total profit is typically larger, assuming your sale and your discount isn’t putting you in the negative, right? If your margin on your product is 10 bucks, but you’re only $3 for the product, of course you’re gonna lose money because your sale and discount is too heavy.
In general, when you’re doing sales and discounts, you want to time to holidays and events. For example, it could the Father’s Day or Mother’s Day or Christmas or Thanksgiving or Halloween. You pick the occasion. It could be on your own yearly anniversary for your business. You pick when you wanna offer the sales and discounts and it will drive more online sales.
One company who does an amazing job of doing sales and discounts is Legion Athletics. Legion Athletics sells protein powder supplements for fitness people, right? If you wanna get buff, lose weight, whatever it may be. They typically do a sale or a promotion once a month. This drives a lot of additional revenue. They reached over $10 million sales because of sales and discounts. If it wasn’t for that, their numbers would be drastically lower. When they have months that have sales and discounts, ’cause for a moment they’re like, “Hm, we think is hurting us. Let’s stop offering them,” their revenue was substantially less, typically by over 20%.
So, if you wanna keep growing, offer sales and discounts but don’t offer it on your main product items. So don’t let someone just buy one product for 50% off. Instead, do what Legion does. They say, “Hey, we do sales and discounts when you buy bundles.” So they may do a bundle package every month where they’re combining their most popular items and saying, “Hey, if you buy these all together, we’ll give a 20% or 30% discount.” When you start doing that, that’s when your sales drastically increase. Or they’ll have an offer saying if you buy $100 worth of product or more, we’ll give you $10 off plus free shipping.
So the key is to incentivize people with your sales and discounts. Don’t just take your normal products and say, “Hey, if you buy them now during this sale period, you get 40% off.” It has to be a special offer where you’re bundling, packaging together, products, so then that way you won’t tick off your existing, older customers and it encourages people to spend more money with you.

what's up guy is Bobby here from slicktext.com and today I'm going to show you how to use our mobile coupon feature to generate a beautiful digital coupon that your subscribers can redeem in store so let's take a look at how it works here head on over to slicktext.com if you don't have a plan with us or you were the competitor you might not have this kind of feature give us a call we'll help you out I already have an account so I'm gonna go to my dashboard on my dashboard here we're gonna go to the marketing tools on the left and we're gonna create a mobile coupon so manage coupons all right so on this page here I'm gonna clone a a previous coupon there I don't want to bore you with setting it up from scratch I'm just gonna explain the options you have here inside the coupon generator so the first section here is gonna be a lot of the content that you see on the coupon alright some of this here like coupon name this is just for our reference description for our reference and this option here select coupon URL sometimes people don't want to say slicktext.com when they access the coupon link so you can select mobile coupon do this option is very popular with our resellers and marketing agencies because it will mask the name of slick text if you don't care just leave it at slicktext.com now allow one redemption per person that's very important because this feature prevents somebody from redeeming it multiple times so yes expiration date yes now you have two options for the expiration date all right you have a couple different parameters here your options are if you do apply an expiration you can pick a specific date and time all right so you want this coupon to expire on that date after one redemption or you can actually just type in a number here days until expiration so when they receive the coupon I want to give them five days to redeem it we'll make it dynamic and as soon as we do that we'll notice that this coupon here is now counting down five days from the moment that my computer screen is accessing it so it takes also has some really cool functionality on there coupons we have the exclusive ability to vote and give the user feedback on whether or not their offers suck or they were good so this little voting capability here is really unique we give you all the stats on the voting – and then you can pick your color way you know what color do you want the coupon to be as far as the call-to-action colors and on Section two here would be the content alright so the header up at the top and then as far as the image you can put any image you want on here you're just gonna browse for the image attach it and then the offer here is usually I like to do a simple tagline of what the exclusive offer is there's something real simple that stands out get one free appetizer and that here we have the directions alright this is the the main that the meat potatoes are the the coupon so redeem this offer within seven days only click redeem when ready to checkout I like to put that in there as well now as we scroll down here we'll see that we can also change the cut the text on the call-to-action button the redemption button we can also change the vote up and vote down button text as well at the bottom of the coupon you have fine print all right you can add whatever you need to you know doesn't include other offers stuff like that right then we get to the customizable social buttons all right and remember we're tracking all these clicks with this coupon it's it's amazing that's great so you can add call a website link Facebook Instagram directions to your store all that good stuff and as soon as you add it it'll be placed on the coupon when somebody clicks on these buttons we track it present it to you in your analytics so now let's get down to the redemption screen I want to explain a couple things for the different types of users all right when we click on redemption the redemption screen it's gonna go to this additional screen here now based on how you have it set up you can have a standard redemption where it just shows a code they click complete and then this coupon expires all right some other folks they may have the ability to generate a redemption code that goes right here from their point of sale system and when they put that Redemption code in there if they do have the ability to scan barcodes we have the top five most popular let's say they use code 128 and they created a a Redemption code in their system you would take that Redemption code and you would type it up right here all right our system would generate the barcode that your system would need to scan and register the unique code in your system that's kind of how the redemption page works here now like I said once they click complete Redemption they can't redeem this a second time if you haven't may setup so that's only one Redemption per coupon and the other thing I want you to know is this screen will only show for 10 minutes so they have 10 minutes that's why there's a warning box that comes up and says are you sure you want to redeem it you can only do it one time click OK to confirm or cancel you won't see that in the demo here but in the live preview on your phone you would actually see that pop up now one other unique option here all right I want you to see this because we have a lot of customers who are in the retail and e-commerce space they may have do business in both areas you also have the ability to insert a unique promo code in your redemption code spot so if you're an online retailer with brick and mortars you can insert a unique code that can either be redeemed in-store or online it's a really cool option if you want to kill two birds with one stone and that in that industry in that space now once you have everything filled in you can create this coupon once the coupon is created our system will generate a unique link all right here it is and you can send it to your phone here we're gonna go ahead and check out this coupon because I want you to see what it looks like on the phone and we'll click on the coupon and there it is I got a nice magenta colored coupon for my my restaurant example here so I come into your business I want to redeem this offer I have five days until it expires or if I want to redeem it right now there's the pop-up warning there's the page after ten minutes this will disappear or if you want to go ahead and click complete redemption beforehand now the offer is expired I can then still go back in here and click your website or even you know give you some feedback and vote once you vote you can no longer vote again how do you insert this inside an outbound message all right so on the sent a message page we're simply gonna compose our message here after you create your coupon you can go ahead and insert the link to that mobile coupon right here so here's the coupon I just created I'm gonna go ahead and insert that link and now I'm ready to go now one quick thing I always like to remove the HTTP and the reason why I do this is because the new update to iPhone and some additional phones they'll try to create a preview mode and it kind of it looks messy so if you remove that HTTP it will actually just make it a clickable link just a little tip that's free no charge so that's how you insert a coupon link inside a text message now you can use these links in your birthday feature your auto reply your contest feature sending a blast a single message anywhere you can send a message from slip text you can insert these mobile coupon links now once that coupon is redeemed let's check out the analytics and to get to the analytics page for your coupon you can go from the home page into marketing tools or analytics if we go to the analytics page on the left side here we'll see our coupons down here on the left so here's one that's registering all the analytics we can see that we have a hundred and seventy-five unique views meaning first-time viewers two hundred and forty-four total that means people refresh the coupon from this amount we can see that twenty-five have redeemed the coupon we have website clicks vote ups
