hey guys today I'm going to share with you some tricks to save money at the grocery store I know all of you love my budget haul videos so I thought that you would appreciate knowing my secrets to saving money at the grocery store let's start with number one eat in season right now it's summertime and berries nectarines grape tomatoes yummy vegetables and fruits are in season right now and for that reason they are cheaper at the grocery store I also find that they taste better when you're actually eating them when their season appropriate number two coupons I'm not really into clipping out my own coupons but you do have the option to go onto coupons calm red plum calm there's a few other websites where you can actually go on and print out coupons for foods that you are already buying at the grocery store you can also go on to your favorite brands Facebook pages and sometimes they have coupons for you to print out there too 3 make a list duh but don't just make a list meal prep and create a menu if you do this you're going to know how much you need of each item so that when you go to the store you can get enough so that you don't have to do midweek trips that often include impulse buys so create a list create a meal plan and get after it number 4 don't shop hungry if you're like me and you shop hunger you buy everything the store everything looks good so before you go to the store eat a meal have a nice lunch have a nice breakfast and then go shopping before dinner there's always a million people there especially on Monday and Tuesday's and you end up buying way more than you need so eat a meal before you go don't shop hungry number five go generic some of my favorite foods to buy like Oh cereals frozen vegetables by buying the generic version you're really not sacrificing any taste or quality you're just going to save money so don't be afraid to buy generic number six is something I do I shop around I know what stores have the best prices so when I need to do some staple shopping I'll go to Aldi because I know that they are the cheapest there four other things I like to go to Trader Joe's for some of my sauces in different condiments and frozen vegetables and then there's hopefully taupe it's actually has some great deals on things but also same with Target Sean's stop and shop we all have different grocery stores and I liked shop around to get the best deals possible which brings me to number seven use your iPhone when you go shopping I love this new app called grocery pal you enter in your zip code and then it lets you know what the sales are at the stores near you so if you know you love to eat Greek yogurt you can go and see what store has Greek yogurt on sale that week it also will let you know if there are $1 great tomatoes when Aldi has this week near me $1 for grape tomatoes I wouldn't have known that if I hadn't downloaded the grocery pal app but you guys can download it it's free and you guys can save some money by checking in to see where some of your favorite products are being sold at a discount number eight buy in bulk especially when things are on sale now if you're worried about them going bad preserve them using either canning freezing or even drying if you have a dehydrator I love buying things in bulk especially meat when they're on sale because you can get them from cheaper prices and then I just put them in the freezer so each week when I figure out what I'm having I can take them out so that they saw number 9 buy your meats with the bone in or if you're buying seafood with the shell or bones still in if you buy chicken bone in it is way cheaper and it actually does taste better you have to roast it a little bit longer but just remember to take the skin off to remove some that excess fat you don't need if I were to buy shrimp at the grocery store without the shell it would cost me more money so take a few extra minutes yourself to buy it with the shell on and just do it yourself to save some money number 10 go vegetarian for some of the meals that you eat during the week beans are extremely affordable and so by factoring in a few vegetarian meals each week you are going to end up saving yourself some money number 11 avoid buying prepackaged foods or pre sliced produce grocery stores are charging you major dollars to do some of the dirty work that really doesn't take that much time so avoid buying the prepared and pre place number 12 pick a credit card that actually rewards you for shopping at the grocery store I have one that gives me points depending on how much I shop at the grocery store that month I then get to use those points to redeem for travel credits on my credit card statement so if I fly to California for work I can then use some of my grocery points to reduce that cost between like 100 and 200 dollars every credit card has a different rate as a different point system so shop around and pick the best one for you and the last one is to take bigger trips when you go to the grocery store when you go up to the register you might have a little sticker shock like oh my gosh I can't believe how much money I spent but I kind of mentioned this earlier by reducing the amount of times you go to a grocery store each week you're going to reduce the amount of impulse buys that you make at the store each time I go I'm guilty of this I at least five two or three things that I really didn't need but either I see them on sale or they look good or I'm in the mood and then I just end up spending more money than I needed to so by doing bigger grocery shopping trips each time you're going to reduce the amount of visits that you make and then reduce the amount of impulse buys and overall money that you have hopefully you enjoyed my tricks to for this this week we're making my husband's famous and delicious oxtail we are making an unstuffed pepper recipe we're going to make our homemade marinara sauce we're going to make our homemade chicken stock we're going to make shrimp and veggies we're going to create a buffalo chicken out of rotisserie chicken we're going to boil some eggs we're gonna scramble some eggs and last but not least we're gonna have some salad kids in the refrigerator to make our week extra super simple if you're new to the channel batch cookie is a method that I basically started 10 years ago when I was a full-time working mom with a two-year-old and an infant and I had zero time to cook my husband was working overnights we had completely different shifts and I needed to make sure that I had food ready as soon as I came home because I worked long days and I had crying babies it's a way that I've been able to cook less clean less spend less and waste less and keep me accountable on keto as well as make sure that our family always has delicious food to eat it is a way that even now I love because I love to be able to save time when I have busy chaotic stressful weeks and I want to make sure that here is the meal plan prep for this week we're going to be making oxtail well the husband is gonna be making oxtail and we look forward to that whenever we have it so good the recipes on the blog we have unstuffed pepper recipe this is basically like making stuffed peppers but I just do it in the instant pot it's more like a casserole you could even like put it in a casserole dish and cover with some cheese but I'm just gonna make it and you know make it in the instant pot put it away again you can do whatever you want with it you can have it so many different things you could have a main dish side dish love it I'm gonna be making my sauce as I'm gonna freeze I'm gonna making my stock that I'm gonna freeze this will be in the instant pot before I make the the unsub peppers and this will be in the crock pot I'm gonna make some shrimp and veggies because I made some shrimp and asparagus a few weeks ago and I loved it so much I'm just gonna recreate that but I'm gonna throw in some extra frozen broccoli that I want to use up and I might even I don't know I have some of this coleslaw here this was just from last week I need to use it up I might either throw it in the unsub pepper or the shrimp and vegetables so we'll see I also I'm gonna make some buffalo chicken with some rotisserie chicken I'll show you and then I'm gonna make boiled eggs scrambled eggs and we'll have some salad kits so let me show you what I have here I have this rotisserie chicken we just got back from Costco yesterday it's our shopping week I'm going to take all the skin all the bones and I'm gonna throw it in the crock pot with some frozen veggie scraps that I have take those out now show you where I have these I just keep them down here this is my frozen veggie Scott bag basically has celery scallions onions and all kinds of just random odds and ends from veggies you know Betty's that I cut up during the month a good idea just keep it in your freezer and you can just throw it in there as you go I'm gonna take the chicken that's left on here and I'm going to make my buffalo chicken again that's a new recipe but that'll be up on the blog this will be for the buffalo chicken got this at Costco it's so good I've been stuck on it I have some organic cauliflower that I'm gonna be putting in the unsub peppers this is just kind of like a filler it kind of acts as a rice agent but you can also use it as and anything you want you can have as a side dish for soups stews casseroles love getting this from Costco I'm actually defrosting my tomato paste if you watch our batch cook like a boss episode a couple weeks ago I froze this and then I scored it and you can score it so that you can just kind of break off a piece but I'm gonna be using this whole thing I have some ground beef this will be for the unsub pepper recipe this is the shrimp that we got from Costco two pound bag and it looks like a lot but again we'll be snacking on it for lunches and for dinners as well got my big thing of cream cheese I always get this whenever I go to Costco and I'm gonna cut it up put some away in the freezer and then put some in the fridge but I'm also going to be using some for the buffalo chicken we have our eggs we're making hard-boiled eggs and scrambled eggs again I have that coleslaw have our crushed Tomatoes this is how I make my marinara sauce homemade marinara sauce I really don't buy the rails or rouse anymore or any of the other you know it's nothing against it totally for convenience go ahead and try that but it's super simple just with some tomato paste crushed tomatoes and some seasoning I just make it and I put it in those jars there like you see so since I'm making my stock I might as well just make my sauce just stuff it in the freezer leave a lot of room maybe like an inch and a half to two inches at the top so that your glass jar doesn't break have the garlic here have some more Shire sauce I have my Tapatio I was looking for Frank's Red Hot at Costco they don't have it so let me know in the comments below where you get your favorite hot sauce and what your favorite hot sauce is because I've been hearing a lot about Frank's Red Hot but I just can't find it I just can't find it so I'm gonna use this for the buffalo chicken I'm all good these are some peppers that I didn't cut up I got them like a week ago and I need to cut up and I'll put them in the unsub peppers have some extra frozen broccoli and this is my frozen asparagus so that's everything it's gonna be a pretty simple meal prep the big thing that we're gonna make is the oxtail we're all so excited about that and I also wanted to show you I say this every week to just kind of make sure your kitchen is set up I have all my Pyrex glass dishes I know what's gonna go in here and when I also have these meal prep containers here so I take these out as well just to have those ready to go and then I also have all of my jars these are all pickle and old sauce jars that I put all my chicken stock in and my marinara sauce so if you're not saving some really good like jars that you're coming across go ahead and do that just it really helps to kind of you know save your own stuff and you can put it in the freezer and have your own stash and then I always take out my seasoning right here and the seasoning is basically something I take out so that I don't have to keep going back and forth it's not something you have to do but it makes life super easy all right so the cocktail just came out this was in the refrigerator for how long babe it was being seasoned overnight so he just took this out this is the Ox Hale look how good that looks so the oxtail was seasoned overnight getting this recipe is up on the blog we're going to braise it and we're going to start doing it it takes a long time to cook so we're gonna get going in this meal prep also want to show you here some of the stations that we have we have our instant pot and our crock pot and then we have over here our stove I don't think we're using the oven today and that's pretty much what's going on this week for meal prep guys let me know in the comments below what are you batch cooking what do you think about cracking eggs it's cool cool I go oh that was not scripted whoopsies oh please sometimes when the week is crazy I'll just buy things like this they even have them in our 99-cent store so again you can buy your own iceberg lettuce definitely saves money but sometimes with the knight ancestor you just can't go wrong so I always have some kind of like different um salad kits I always have spinach and then down here I don't have my shredded cheese this was from last week I actually shredded it and then we also have some salsa and then I have time for an energy break what do you have there we're gonna be making you're making it for me right life's a peach net and this one tastes like honestly like a peach Snapple go ahead and put it it's really powdery but yeah we love this one the peach Snapple kind of flavor just love it honestly it's it's very powdery don't whoa like that yeah this one's really good if you guys want to try a 5 or 10 day I that's in the description box below but this flavor is limited and it's only for this summer I have two boxes really for my own stash if you really really want to try one you could always like send in a special request I could put one in a 5 or 10 day but I definitely can't give out 5 or 10 days because honestly they sold out on the website but these are the Bob okay so we just put some water oh boy I almost did almost knock it over we're going to put in some water and some ice shake it up and have a nice little mid meal prep energy right cos it's amazing if you need better fat loss focus energy this is also a great pre-workout my husband's actually gonna be going at the gym soon he needs this as a pre-workout so Oh slow down there killer alright like it you forgot the ice okay we had to take some of it out add the ice and boom now you can put the top on and shake it up through shaky dance [Applause] okay so I'm gonna get my chicken ready for the and then I'm just going to put basically a plate here and I'm going to throw bones and skin in one and put meat on the other just go from there just makes it easy when you have these little stations set up makes your job a lot easier it makes it a lot more just doable and something you actually will want to do as opposed to you know feeling like it's a chore so just take it off and dump I throw everything in the crock-pot and I mean everything even every little piece of fat every little piece of cartilage I don't let any of it go to waste because it's all good and it all it all is good in the chicken stock so even something like this that you think it kind of looks gross put it in there make sure you can stock out of it you'll thank me later just adding the water into the chicken stock gonna put this and this is gonna cook I'm gonna put this on for 12 hours when I'm gonna cook it again for actually only 10 hours and put it on for 10 hours and put on again for another 10 hours so I let it cook for a long time okay our sauce is done we're gonna let those with the pressure come up off of this and we're going to start canning our sauce and get our stuffed peppers and then our shrimp ready let's do this mm-hmm yeah I had a little camera guy here what are you guys doing over here reading yes so we were sent these alphabet legends books so you'll have here American legends and then you have here sorry what are you reading buddy lady legends I love this one basically it's like every letter of the alphabet they give facts about famous people and what is that one with the that one on the cover oh really Bobby Brown stranger things okay what is that little legend alphabet so that's for like younger people but I love these books and I actually got them from alphabet legends you'll see on Instagram you can go ahead and follow them here these books are super cute guys and the kids really love them and you know they're nine and twelve and it's hard to find things that are really interesting and books that they send me the books and the kids absolutely love them love them right mm-hmm yeah smash it Oprah smash it like Oprah so this is very similar to the recipe I already have in my blog the shrimp and asparagus the garlic shrimp asparagus I just added some broccoli because I had it and I added a little bit of parsley so yeah super easy if you have shrimp that's frozen it cooks so quickly so it's a great item to either batch cook or just have on hand and make it the last second just a little seasoning a little veggie and you're good to go taking a break for meal prep to come in and just look at all these packages my kids and my husband actually were packaging these all up these are just pre packaged because we get so many requests for these I'll show you these are some ones we already packaged up for tomorrow tomorrow's Monday and we'll be bringing these to the post office I still have a ton more like I said over here that I'll have to go through and get addresses on but yeah these are our basically our therapeutic ketone packages we do like trial flavor packs for our customers so they get it just a sense of like what they like before they commit to a full box like this this is a box of 20 so I'm able to give like all different kinds of flavors this is one I was showing you before oh my gosh I love this nap flavor the it's called true passion but for some reason I feel like it tastes like mango absolutely love it this is what we're doing taking a quick break because Monday is a huge post office day after we do this we're gonna go back into the kitchen and finish up our meal prep as my shrimp is cooking I'm just going to start filling up my mason jars with my pasta sauce and I'm gonna let them cool it's really important that you let this cool on your counter as well as the chicken stock the chicken stock I won't be putting out into jars until tomorrow but it's really important anything you're putting in a glass jar that you let it cool come to room temperature and then you freeze it stuff probably get about 2 to 3 of these jars and we'll have pasta sauce for different meals throughout the month so we started teaching this little guy how to cut he's now 12 starting 1 like 7 or 8 yeah gotta start young so that they kind of get the maneuver but it's really just a it's a fine motor skill that they really have to develop and even I'm still getting nervous even now Murray filming but he's very good he knows what to do kind of keep your hands away from the blade and watch those fingers I've also taught him the rocking back and forth motion and all that yet so you put your hands out of the blade there you go peppers are done for our unstuff pepper recipe okay we have the shrimp what do you want them to do smash it maan smash it smash it mine yeah that didn't that wasn't good cuz all that but she was ready we got the shrimp here what do you want them to do smash it mom smash that like button definitely leave us in the comments below what is your favorite thing to meal prep I like meal prepping shrimp it's so easy to cook it's quick easy delicious let's get back to work just finished canning up my tomato sauce my marinara sauce and I'm that lazy that I didn't even clean this out because why I'm gonna make my own stuffed pepper recipe and although there's no tomato ingredient in there you know what I don't care I'm just gonna boil about the in some pot just go from one thing to the next and that little brown bit will help my next meal anyway right don't have to clean just keep going so you don't know what inspired I have if you check out my Amazon store also link it in the description box but this thing is my best friend I probably should have too but yeah we also have our chicken stock going over there that won't be ready till tomorrow but we are on a roll we're also gonna make our buffalo chicken salad and I'll show you what we're doing with that so you wanted to cut and your brother was cutting so I didn't have him cut while his brother was cutting so he wants to come on Reese chopping he's every smaller because kind of got a little uh you know like hey yeah I want to cut too right I don't have much to cut this week so I told you I'll let you cut next week that's what happens when you meal prep you don't get a cut you don't get to cut every single day right that's the perks of meal prepping you know cook glass clean less cut less good job good a good chopping action there how old are you 99 so he was like hey I'm nine and I even cut so we're letting them chop actually you're more like double chopping double mincing okay as we finished chopping over there I'm going to take this big block of cream cheese and again every month I just kind of chopped through it with a rigid knife you'll see here this little knife that I have not little it's kind of big and I just chop them into their sections I put a few sections in the refrigerator and then I squeeze the rest in bags so that we have we have you know different clothes and cheese for the rest of the month if I'm using it for a soup store Stewart casserole I would like to use the frozen one but if you want it to be fresh and have the cream-cheese consistency it has to be fresh so I always check the expiration date this is good for at least another couple of weeks in the fridge so I'm gonna put about half in the fridge and half in the freezer how does this mash allah make mashing up the meat and to make it easier better yeah he's always asking to use the mash doesn't matter fact we just had an argument because he both wanted to use it at the same time so we're gonna do two minutes for you and then two minutes for your brother okay okay all right because who knew a mash Allah would make not only kids want to cook but argue about who's gonna do it and I only have one neat dish this week so there's only one mash Allah dish as promised we're using up the rest of this angel hair coleslaw because I always recommend at the end of the week check to see what you have and see how you can incorporate it into your next week's meal this was still good so why not just throw it in there it's not gonna make that much of a difference we're throw-in the cauliflower and it's almost done got everything ready for the buffalo chicken we have our rotisserie chicken cut up into cubes we have our cream cheese we have our gorgonzola our hot sauce and all that we're just gonna start sauteing up the onions and the garlic and it's in a saute pan and we're gonna start melting all this together and making it nice just a little buffalo chicken casserole dish yeah the recipe is up on the blog definitely check that out if you're interested it's so easy I didn't even cook this chicken it's just leftover cuz we had it for dinner last night so I mean you really don't even have to batch cook this you could just have everything and ready to go make yourself something real quick okay we are ready for the chicken to go into the buffalo sauce whoa nice simmer this on low and buffalo chicken is done we're pretty much almost some of our meal prep and that was what not even an hour of 15 minutes we are good and we are on a roll you like the way this looks yeah YUM we are finished with the meal prep but we have a couple things still outstanding so we have our chicken stock that won't be done until tomorrow and I'll put it in my chicken stock jars we have our oxtail and this is still cooking now this is gonna be cooking for a while guys this cooks for a long time so I have to get my food away and have to wrap up this video but it will be finished and we will enjoy that tonight we're so excited say yay for oxtail whoa all right these are our chicken stock jars these are old pickle jars I have my sauce here I have my eggs my scrambled eggs right have my shrimp and my veggies our buffalo chicken came out delicious we have our hard boiled eggs and then over here we have our unstuffed pepper recipe so I'm just going to cover this directly in the instant pot and it's going to be super easy to just put back in the instant pot and heat up usually gonna put on saute or you put on slow cook but I put it back on saute and heat it up when we're gonna eat it and then we have our lunch containers my husband will take some of this stuff for lunch and yeah that's pretty much it guys that's what we have it was a simple meal prep we're not doing too much this week we're on kind of like a summer break summer vacation some time off from work and all that good stuff but we still want some food you know some good good morning so happy Wednesday I'm gonna show you my breakfast and my lunch and I may have a few minutes to turn the camera around to talk to you before I leave I'm running just a little bit late I actually were gonna pick up some coffee because I didn't have time to make my iced coffee this morning I usually make it when I first get up put it in the freezer but I forgot this mornings and I don't have time but I am drink bringing a Powerade zero this is the white cherry this is one of my favorite flavors so good I have my bang cotton candy so that those will be my drinks besides water my coffee for my breakfast I have one of the keto breads with just I have one tablespoon of butter on that I have some raspberries and then I have some eggs that I cooked in a little bit of butter as well with some onion salt so that'll be my breakfast and then for lunch it's just leftovers I have yesterday I didn't show you guys my food yesterday I had the chicken salad the loaded chicken salad that I had in that made a meal prep you guys that is such a good salad so check out that meal prep video and check out that chicken salad but today I'm going to have leftovers from last night's dinner and this was a burger in a bowl so these are those mighty sparc sirloin short rib something burgers I showed him in my grocery haul I will make sure I link that down below as well I'm the really super good burgers I made them in the airfryer and here I just have a bed of spring mix I have some pickles tomatoes onions avocado and this is just a slice of cheese I ran out of my shredded cheese and so I had to use as some of the this is like a craft single cheese which I know is not the best but it was all I had and then in here is just some homemade kind of burger sauce that I made it's mayo sugar free ketchup a little bit of sriracha in some onion salt so quick and easy so that'll be my lunch I don't know if I'm gonna need any snacks today I have some of those dukes sausages in my bag so if I do need something I have those I also have a built bar in my bag I mean I have snacks if I need them but I really haven't been wanting to snack lately I've been trying to drink more water and just haven't been hungry so anyway this will be my day I'll show you my coffee when I get it but I think I'll turn the camera around and talk to you guys for a few minutes good morning so happy yet what day is it Wednesday it is Wednesday oh gosh this month is like halfway over you guys that means I'm like I'm almost out of my three-day weekends I love my three-day weekends so much it would be so nice just to work a schedule that was three-day weekends all the time um you know maybe just working 10-hour shifts I would be okay with that but I would be okay with that um anyhow so yesterday I did not vlog it was it was a crazy day and no I originally had told you guys that I was gonna have to travel to another school district for work but we actually moved that to Thursday so it's gonna happen tomorrow I'm not really looking forward to it because I have a lot to do at my desk and it's gonna take me away the entire day pretty much I think so it's kind of a bummer um but and also food wise I was kind of excited when it was canceled yesterday because I didn't have to try to figure anything out but again I'm gonna have to but it was not a wonderful day it did start out very well for those of you who've been around for a while um you guys know that my husband's has has had some health issues that you know we have oh you know we have some diagnosis but we don't I mean there's other things that are happening that we don't know related to that or whatnot so he had kind of just it was a rough morning and I wasn't going to leave him but he just said he was just gonna sleep and so he slept and then I talked to him I don't know around nine ish or so and he was still a little bit you know groggy and just was you know just not really feeling well and so then when I talked to him it you know so then he was just gonna kind of just relax some more and they want to talk to him at lunchtime he said at that point he was just starting to feel like he wasn't so like dizzy and just you know kind of out of breath and all that and so I told me he should call his doctor and so he called her and they got him right in and so she doesn't think she doesn't I told him I said I want you to bring up because we've just been thinking for all that some may possibly be some heart issues he has super high cholesterol and so it's always kind of Concerned me and he does take medication for it but that's pretty much it that whole you goes for it and so I was kind of concerned me and so he said you need to bring up that we think it could be a heart issue and so he did bring it up and as she was and she agreed that as possible but I don't he doesn't think that she truly believes that but anyway they made an appointment for a couple weeks from now to go in and get some heart tests done so they're gonna do all that so anyway well maybe we'll have some answers at least we'll know you know okay if it cuz that's kind of for us definitely like worst case scenario is that at this point with the symptoms that he has and so we're just you know so we don't know he takes a lot of medications for other health issues so we don't know also if some of his medications could have something to do with it so his other doctor is the one that subscribes his medications and so he has to he already it has an appointment with him cuz he goes and sees him every three months so he really has an appointment him coming up anyway and so they're gonna talk about that but they're all in the same office his psychiatrist in his regular medical doctor they're all in the same clinic so they have his file and all that so I think they're just all gonna kind of talk about it also he went so neurologist I don't remember you guys probably more me I'm a few months back and um actually I think it was a lot longer than that now that I'm thinking about it but he does say that he is showing early signs of Parkinson's but he thinks it's very very very early onset and that it would be like 20 years from now before he thinks that he would have to start coming and seeing him regularly for that disease but from what I've read about Parkinson's I feel like there's not like a lot known about it and there's no way to diagnose it besides just your symptoms and things like that and so I think the doctors keeps thinking that my husband's like too young for it and that's why he's giving him that I don't know who knows I probably just being a worried wife and using Google to self-diagnose Zoho but that isn't his file that he does have early onset of Parkinson's so we don't know if some of those I haven't even looked to see if any of the symptoms he was having were related to those and I didn't think to have him ask his doctor about that because like I said it's in his file but that doesn't mean they're necessarily reading all of that the way that the medical system here works is everything in our county is set up and it could be other places too I don't know maybe this is just normal but this is fairly new to our area it's all set up under one like medical chart and so no matter what doctor you go to as long as they're in this like network which I pretty much think a big huge majority of the doctors in our County cases we're not very big are in this network so then any time he goes to any doctor in this network it updates his medical chart and so all of his doctors can see it so because the neurologist is not in his doctor's office in his clinic but all of the notes from the neurologist is in that file so they can see everything so I may do a little bit of Reese search on that but also I would tell him to mention it to his doctor when he goes in to see if any of these things could be related to that and maybe it's progressing more than what the neurologist thought if she did go back to him so anyway so that's kind of what was going on yesterday I just wasn't really in the mood to vlog and was just a hectic morning so as far as what I had I didn't eat any breakfast I wasn't like feeling hungry and actually I'm sitting here trying to my breakfast and I'm not hungry either I'm just I really don't have an appetite lately and maybe is that how it is when you're doing low-carb I don't know I been just really kind of playing around with a low-carb the last two weeks that's another question I keep getting a lot I think in Friday's video is it the time to answer all the questions probably I can probably answer most of questions on Friday we're halfway through the month because Friday I planned on doing my weigh-in video I have a very very busy day on Friday but I planned on doing weigh-in and then I could probably answer some questions about what my plans are for the future for my plan and all that that I'm sorry I'm just a little distracted things just so many things going on um there was something else I was going to tell you what was I going to tell you Oh yesterday so I didn't have any breakfast but I had that loaded chicken salad which is amazing definitely we'll be making that again it was so good so so good and then last night for dinner I did record I have been recording all my dinners and so that well video would be up on Sunday tonight I think I'm gonna try that new recipe that green chili something green chicken green I don't know green jelly chili chicken I don't know something like that I'm gonna try that but I will be filming that and yeah so I think I'm gonna pick up a coffee at Dutch brothers and then head into work because I'm just not I'm not hungry I think I'll take this with me to work my breakfast and if I just felt like eating it here but I will do that yeah sorry you guys it's just been kind of uneven full week just I mean uneventful as far as my vlogs go but eventful for me stress wise I just I guess I have been feeling the stress yesterday through the roof but I'm very proud of myself because I did not give in and I did not go off of you know out of my macros and my calories and go off my plan or anything I was tempted to and with combined with that it's that time of the month right now and that stress of yesterday I'm really really shocked but I feel like the way I'm eating right now it's easier for me to keep it under control and I did I did have a built bar which wasn't planned for my day but I did have that and I was kind of my treat and but it still stayed within my macros there are only five net carbs so no they have sugar in them and a lot of people are you know when they're really following the strict of a diet they don't do that but I feel like I need to live my life and that's just what I'm going to do so yeah so I don't know what Wayne's gonna look like because again I'm feeling kind of anxious today and still kind of stressed out and I probably will all the way leading up to his doctor's appointment to be honest I asked him how he was feeling today and he said he was feeling a lot better but he still had a little bit of dizziness and he's super tired cuz he could not sleep last night and it was super hot in our house and the animals were restless and I think he probably was a little bit anxious too and so we didn't sleep very well last night and but he said other than that he was feeling okay so he did go to work today but I'm just I don't know because stress affects my weight loss tremendously and I think a lot of you guys can relate to that and I mean not even like I don't mean stress like you stressing the new binge eat I'm talking about just stress oh my goodness is already after 7:00 I gotta go just stress in general makes my hormones go totally out of whack so anyway so there's a little update on things going on I will see you guys Friday for sure for weigh-in matter what the scale says and I will also answer some questions I've been getting and then yeah so I might take you along my day on Friday I don't know if it's I hell because I have extremely busy day so we'll see if that happens but I will talk to you guys a very very
