what are you guys doing here hi I know I haven't been around in a while but just so you guys that don't know for my new subscribers my name is Jeff and this is living pork and I was just gonna sit down take a look at my coupons and stuff but I thought I have so many new subscribers lately and asking all kinds of questions I know I've answered a lot of these questions before I know a lot of my friends who coupon and have channels have answered a lot of these questions but you know there's new people all the time so I thought we'd go back to basics and things have changed and I have been running low on some stuff I still coupon here and there I don't do big deals and stuff anymore that's why pretty much that making videos on couponing hauls and stuff but you know there's a lot of new people so I thought you know maybe I better get back to basics and I guess the first thing you need is your coupons when getting your coupons you want to try to find a a newspaper that has your coupons in it for the best deal so I found a place where I can pick my newspapers up for only a buck fifty and get them next thing you want to do is you need to to newspapers so you have two sets of coupons and when you've been couponing a while you'll understand that but the bigger your family the more coupons you're gonna need but for a beginner start out with two even one would be fine but start with two because you have to learn to coupon first get used to using your coupons flipping through them and seeing what coupons are ones that you're gonna use and stuff so that you get a feel for it but start off slow and I think that's the biggest problem with a lot of people is that they they try to do these big deals if you've watched any of my videos you've seen some of the bigger deals and stuff and I tried to keep my hauls fairly small even though you didn't see and I didn't show like massive hauls the really big ones I did them but I didn't really like to show them because I don't want people to get frustrated and I still see it people getting frustrated with couponing it's not extremely hard but it can be time-consuming and that's why I try to show shortcuts so I'm gonna leave a link in the description make sure you check out my other videos I've done I put them in a playlist so you just turn it on and watch them learn all that you could learn and then start couponing but now and even myself I need to go back and start reading the coupon policies for the different places that I coupon at and every store is different just because it's Walgreens and they have a Walgreens couponing policy you need to learn your Walgreens where you shop and find out which Walgreens are best because I can tell you right now from experience I have four of them just in my town and they are different and I have my preference to which one I go to I actually have one that I pretty much try not to ever go there just because it's such a headache over there the way they understand the couponing to policies to be in this and that so don't get frustrated when watching other people's videos on couponing and how they did it because there's maybe different than yours so always remember that a big thing is when you're new take your time I can't stress that enough do very small deals as possible and I will try to get back into doing that but as most of you know that that follow me and know me and have seen other videos of mine I do have another channel that is the kidses channel we've been growing it and it's growing fairly fast and it's just like keeping me so busy with that and I work a 12-hour shift and I'm up all night you know it's the middle of the night here but to me it's daytime for me because I'm getting ready to go back to work starting on Monday so but if you have kids definitely I'll leave a link to my other channel to the kids channel it stopped that animation we make all kinds of fun videos for kids we open a lot of different toys and stuff like that like I said it's very time consuming my play-doh eggs some of them literally take hours upon hours to make these huge play-doh eggs they're really cool so definitely if you have kids grandkids nieces nephews whatever go on over there and check that out I think they'll enjoy it we have a lot of fun over there Gary just got done doing a big play-doh egg and he was so excited those who don't know my son Gary who had a seizure at a very young age struggles with a speech yet today at 7 years old now so he but he loves doing these eggs and and he's opening these boxes and stuff of surprises and we actually get fan mail from people who have sent us really cool boxes of toys I mean it's just amazing how many nice people Huff they're you know want to give us stuff to open on Cameron so definitely go check that out but anyways when it comes to let's get back to the couponing make sure you read all your policies of your stores and learn your stores again I can't stress that enough either I'm running low on some stuffs but that's why I thought you know I got to get back into this and show the beginners how to do this so make sure you watch all of my videos I put them in a playlist make sure you watch along because from organizing them like a lot of people like to cut them out I don't I don't like to cut out my coupons because most websites most couponers that you're watching like myself we're I tell you what paper it was in and whether it was a smart source of PNG a red plum we're gonna tell you like that and if you cut your coupons then you now you're having to label each and every one of them it's it's very time-consuming and you'll see from there I just show you how to take these and you'll label them into a regular folder and put them into a box is all I use it's a file cheap file cabinet box put them in there and now all I have to do is look up on the tab what month and what paper it is and I'm I can pull out my coupons and look and see now remember not everybody has the same coupons they're very a lot of them can be very regional especially the really good ones and we are here in the North it's ice where we get some of the worst coupons around I know Florida gets some really good ones so if you live in Florida you're fortunate but again we're having a lot of problems with things like that I like to print out a lot of my coupons so let's definitely make sure you check online to coupons calm and stuff like that to get your coupons I just noticed that my store my local grocery store now has a computer base light system that it has smart source or I'm sorry coupons come right on it I can scroll through it pick the coupon I want and it prints it right there for me that I mean that is so nice I don't know if any you guys seen these things before like I said we just got it so very cool another thing make sure you use the smart apps if you don't have a smartphone man they really come in handy for couponing I'll leave a link for the shop kicks is what I use make sure you check that out I'll leave a link for it I get points literally for just walking through a door I get that I can then redeem for money and I've gotten literally hundreds of dollars off of this program it costs me nothing it's a free program it's free to sign up it's everything it's totally free it and it just goes on your phone and like I said you need a smartphone but when you walk into a store like Target especially targets everywhere I have them a Walmart now just started getting them I know our local Walmart doesn't it doesn't work there as far as walking through the door but the other ones that we go through do and I get points for walking in the door then there's things I tamil' to scan and you'll use your camera on your smartphone and scan that item and you'll get certain amount of points for different things and you can rack up points that way so again it it starts adding up quick and I I know I've made other videos on it too where we had like five hundred dollars worth of stuff that I purchased including this phone this phone was with the deals and everything else that was going on it ended up only cost me $40 but it actually did cost me nothing and I bought two of them one for Diana and one for myself it cost us nothing for these phones because I had saved up the points to buy them so really good deals out there so I will be back try to do some simple deals and whatnot but make sure you go check out our my other videos that will get you started and get you going in the right direction on how to coupon and stuff and for your make sure you go check out my other channel with the kids and stuff for your kids I hope you guys enjoy all that and I will be back and I'll see you guys next time at living poor bye guys

hey guys so in today's video I'm going to be doing a video that is kind of weird for my channel but it's going to be a money-saving tips video on all of my boob blogs I got questions from so many of you asking how I saved my money since you know that I paid for the surgery 100% myself which I was very proud of because I think it's so cool when people are like Oh daddy bought you a new set of boobs I'll be like no I bought them myself thank you very much my parents did not contribute a dime no one contributed a dime and I'm not going to sit here and be like Oh join Opinion Outpost because I personally have never used it but I'm just going to be sharing with you my money-saving tips and how I save money for my boob job so this is not just a boob job money saving tips video if you want to save money for a car or vacation or a bag or a house eventually you're just starting to save money in general here is my tips for how I did it so the first thing I just want to say is when I started saving my money seriously I decided that I was going to go to the bank and make taking out money as difficult as it could be for myself because I had started saving a couple of like months like before November and I just had a little envelope that I put money in but whenever I was going out and I needed just cash or if a pizza came and I needed cash I would just take from that so I was never really saving any money by November 2014 I had saved like three hundred dollars I really was not making any great strides or anything was saving money for those of you who haven't seen my boob job videos or whatever my surgery did cost eight thousand dollars so it was a big chunk of change and I saved that money from November 2014 until April 2015 that's when I got my surgery first thing I did when I was getting serious about saving money is I went to the bank and I asked the teller and I said look I'm gonna be saving money for a boob job and I'm just honest I was like if I have access to money I will spend it and I want to open a savings account where it will be very difficult for me to go in and take out money because if I can't just you know transfer money on my phone from like checking to savings were checking was to credit card whatever I won't be able to do it so basically what they did for me was open me a savings account I could put money in as many times as I wanted but I could only take out money once a month for free and in order to take out money I had to go to the bank physically I couldn't do it over the phone I couldn't do it the app I had to physically go into the bank to do it that kind of deterred me a lot from going in and you're taking out money because it was kind of a little bit of a hassle and I had the mentality that once it was in savings it was in savings and I wasn't going to touch it that was the first step for me so I wouldn't be able to just go in and take out money whenever I wanted I actually had to go to the bank and take out money and I wasn't able to know if I needed some money transfer from my savings so wherever the second thing I did was whenever I got a paycheck I would separate it into three parts it take the majority like 75% I would say and put it into I'm the savings and then I would take the remaining how much is that oh god I'm bad at math so then I would have 25% remaining and I would put like let's say 15% into my checking and then the remaining I would put into or pay my credit card bill if I had a credit card bill if I didn't have a credit card bill then the remaining 25% went into my checking that surived as my spending money for whatever I wanted to spend it on whether it was gas food makeup clothes whatever that was the remaining of my spending money but I just want to say that 75% went into savings and then the remaining 25% was either split between checking which was my spending money or credit card bill so if I had a credit card bill that month I would put money towards the credit card bill but I do need money to survive so I would put most into my checking the third tip I have is that I budgeted I have never been a budget or I if you've watched me from when I was younger I really did not have that much of a grasp on money I would spend money like no tomorrow I would spend it on whatever I wanted I would buy so much makeup and so much stuff that I didn't mean so I really learned how to budget and I think about having a certain amount of money in my checking yes it added up over time when I was like adding more and more and but having the most of my money in my savings and then not being able to spend it really taught me how do you budget my money so if I knew I was one of the movies or if I knew I want to go for dinner or buy something I have to say okay you know what I can do this but I can't do that so just budgeting just cutting out unnecessary things like I stopped going to Starbucks I mean I didn't really buy that much most of my money was spent on food the end gasps that's pretty much what I spent the bulk of my spending money on but because my friends love to go to ian's go to the movies incest so I wasn't buying that much per se but I was um spending more time with my friends we're getting a pedicure or just doing stuff like that but definitely budgeting and cutting out unnecessary purchases definitely helped me save money and also taught me a lot so it was kind of a blessing in disguise overall there's no magic formula we just have to work hard and spend less and that's pretty much you know I think the basic idea of saving money you just have to not spend as much and spend money on what is really important to you I'd like to be more careful with my money I like spending less

hey guys so today I'm going to be talking about couponing I actually learned how to coupon at my local community center I paid like fifteen dollars for a workshop on how to coupon me and my sister went about wonder one and a half years ago maybe and it was a lot of fun that just blew my mind it's so simple the concepts are so simple so easy to coupon but nobody ever it's kind of the secret little world and nobody shares the information when they're couponers once I learned I went to my work and I actually told one told one of my co-workers it was where I used to work and he was like okay I coupon all the time I get my toothpaste for free and I was just like why don't you share that information why didn't you ever tell me and you just like I don't know so this is why I'm sharing it I think it's really important that people just have the information I think information knowledge is power so if you use it or not it's up to you but at least I've given you the information that I know and then it's up to you to actually use it so how to coupon there's basically two roles to couponing rule number one is that you have to use coupons when the items are on sale and rule number two is that you have to stockpile so going over rule number one when I first I remember being a little kid and I would get my I would get the Sunday newspaper I look at all the sales and that all the toys when I was really little then I would see the coupons in there I'd be like wow this is like free money this is so cool and my mom never really used them everyone smile I would clip the mountain be like here mom here's a coupon you can save a dollar and she's like oh thanks I love him and I don't even know if she would use them or not cuz it was kind of a hassle but then I took the couponing class and I learned that basically when you use the coupon you know if it's 50 cents off on toothpaste 50 cents it's like is it really worth your time to even cut it well if the toothpaste is on sell from three dollars to one dollar and then you use a $0.50 off coupon then it's worth your time because it's only 50 cents and sometimes you can even get toothpaste for free so that is how you are supposed to use coupons when they're on sale and I will share a resource either later in this video or in another video of how you can easily find out what those deals without having to hunt them down and read through every single cells ID so I'll give that information to you I want to make coupon you really simple really easy and really quick for you because a lot of times people think that it's difficult and it's time-consuming and I've found the ways that the way that I learned is to make it really easy so that's what I'm going to share with you and then stockpiling so the way that you stockpile is that you buy multiples when they're on sell so if usually the cells are cyclical so if toothpaste is on sell let's say today then it's probably not going to be on sell for a couple more months or maybe you know quite a few weeks by the next time that you need toothpaste it's not going to be on sell and they do that on purpose the people that don't know about couponing are going to buy the buy the toothpaste use their little coupon maybe they'll like that toothpaste and then they'll be hooked on that brand and that's what the manufacturer wants and then they'll go back the next time to buy the same toothpaste and it won't be on sell anymore it'll be marked back up but they're now there's they're hooked and they want they want that same toothpaste so they buy it and then the manufacturer makes their money and they're happy but we as couponers we want to save more money so we use multiple coupons and buy multiples when they're on sale and the way that you do that is that you'll obviously need to have multiple coupons I'll talk about later I'll talk later about how you can get multiple coupons but basically when you when something's on sale or it's free it's a really good deal you're not just going to buy one of that item you'll buy as many as you can and wear as many as you need ok so where to find coupons the best resource I have for coupons is the Sunday newspaper most couponers will tell you that basically in the Sunday newspaper once a month you'll get the Procter & Gamble brand saver these are only good for one month so like this one I got the end of March but it's good until the end of April so you know a month maybe a couple extra days because you get it before it comes before the month comes but they're only good for a month so that's one these actually have a lot of really good high value coupons um so this is a really good one that was exciting uh-huh and then the other one is smart source this comes in every Sunday newspaper except for the sunny newspapers that come on a holiday so you'll never get coupons on holidays just FYI and then a smart source just remember that SS is the abbreviation we'll get to that later but just try to remember that so smart sources the other one and then ready pom is the other little coupon insert that comes in the newspaper and this RP is what that one stands for and Procter & Gamble I'm asleep PG just remember those for later we'll get to why you need to know that in a little bit all right so I hope you enjoyed learning about how I coupon quickly and easily and I hope you have a lot of fun and you get awesome deals and if you have any questions please feel free to let me know I'm here to help you I hope I can be a resource for you and a lot of times I forget about what I know so if you have a question that might jog my memory something that I completely forgot to tell you so please ask questions in the comments below and I'll make a whole nother video to answer all of your questions and I hope you have a great time couponing

About me
I like to post videos about DIY, family life, personal and family finance. Number crunching is my strong point, always has been. I work in banking and finance so I think it’s helped to connect the dots quicker. I have three kids who keep me busy along with my partner Karl. We can talk all day and plan about our future and our real goal is to be financially free and retired before he turns 52. Let’s hope we can make it sooner than that!
so today I'm going to talk about fancy things that you can do to start saving money right now so if you haven't seen any of my videos before my name's Sabrina if you like this video want to see more I'd love to have you be a subscriber in this channel and that way I can keep you posted or what we do is come up with next you can also hit the thumbs up button and comment and share on all the social media platforms if you want to okay let me get on with the first things that you can do right now to save honey okay so the first thing you can do is shop your kitchen before you actually go out grocery shopping so have a look in your cupboard and your fridge in your freezer to see what you have there and you'll be surprised how much you can we've actually gone and then you can go out shopping to see well you need and a lot of times you have enough to actually give it a week's worth of meals so number two of course following on from that point this meal plan when you will plan before you go shopping you actually know exactly what you need we're week or your mom's however how however often you do your shopping it's a really useful tool because you should just get me organized and you know what you need and you know what you have number three is compare the price of items between different supermarkets now I using at my supermarket you know I think it all travel website but all the resources that I mentioned I'll I'll link them down below and you can access them but my supermarket you enter thee whatever product it is that you want and then it will tell you how much it is in all the local supermarkets what's also useful is in the app you can make your list on the list you've actually saved where you want to buy a certain product from because that is the cheapest place to get it from so I love that about it and then when I'm out shopping I opened up my app any timing as there isn't feelings only two different masses because that's where they're the cheapest I just open my lid and I click on me I looked under the Asda and after section and I know exactly why I need to get from that supermarket and then I move on to the next one I know what I need to get from that number four is start couponing sites like super saving me or my new favorite expert they'll have a lot of vouchers that you can print off or even voucher codes that you can use online that will give you money off of the products that you usually buy or even if you don't usually buy them alternatives to products that you would put you would buy and if you're getting running off and they're going to be cheaper than what you would spend anyway then why not number five use cashback website so websites like cashback or quick code you basically go to the website and then if you want to shop from M&S or whatever even a supermarket there's certain retailers that still collaborated and whatever you buy from they will get a certain percentage back what it's really good for is like big spend for example if you're getting a car insurance or life insurance home insurance they tend to have really good cashback rates number six is use apps like check out the smart so this is a bit like couponing box in with couponing you have to print off the coupons or get voucher codes or something like that but we've the app that I use is checkout smart little number app called shopper ties and I think critical has something similar to it as well but what it is is that I go in the app every day and I check out certain offers and what you do is let's say certain brand or have an awful because I sort of a completely free if you buy it from Tesco Asda or whatever supermarket that the offer relates to so you go out and buy the item and then you scan the receipt to show that you've purchased the item and then it will give the consensus free will give you the complete purchase price back I safari or sometimes it will say you know you get a pound of are you sleepy back or whatever but it's fruity app so it's you know nothing else to clean up which I really love again I'll link everything down below I also have a video on color get free groceries regularly using this at number seven in to make your own cleaning products cleaning products are some of things out there on the market that retailers or manufacturers tried to make fun of money on and actually sometimes all you need is just natural ingredients so I just use water and vinegar for a lot of things and you'll see it tons of videos out there on make your own cleaning products which is really handy and it works number eight is a massive one those are want to work and get in lunches is so expensive during the day and I would suggest pack your own lunches okay I make right now more maternity means but I make lunches for a partner that cost less than a pound a day including the drink that it carries with him as well whereas if he wasn't packing these lunches I think he was spending at one time about seven to ten pounds per day they're spending fifty quid a week and he's you know spending ten percent of that at the moment five-pound number nine if you have kids and you're a cop consider one of you quitting your job as childcare so expensive in London I we could pay more than thousand pounds a month in child care expenses and we realized at a point of time when we reviewed all our you know incoming and outgoing but actually we can't afford to get child care we were actually in the minors there was no point for the second person going to work because all that money was going to target it did not make sense so I'll consider either one of you putting your job or changing your work pattern so that you know there's always one of your home to take care of the kids that might be really good even though you may have take a pay cut it may work out that you're actually better off by just changing your work pattern or going for a less paid job which means that you might be working evenings or nights or weekends because you're not paying for childcare you may work hard you're better off number ten is also serious childcare again if you're not taking advantage of childcare vouchers childcare vouchers if your employer takes part in a scheme I think it some employers may still offer it but I think it's been replaced by another scheme but if your employer still offers it you get thirty two percent basically don't pay tax on that portion of your wage 12 percent letter insurance and 20 percent are PA ye at each of you can claim up to two hundred forty three pounds a month if you're a couple you could gain 486 pounds worth you save thirty two percent and the new scheme out called the tax-free childcare scheme I will link that down below there's a special gods at UK website that you have to go to to register for this but with this you pay eighty percent and the government pays 20 percent of the cost so this has no limit where the previous one has a limit of 243 pounds a month number 11 is stop wasting food a lot of us by excessive food and then throw it away or we'll have leftovers at dinner what I do is I if I've got a plate of dinner and I haven't finished my plate of dinner my leftovers or my plate I will save them and I'll eat in the next day or for the next meal or whatever and that saves a lot of money because that makes you don't have to make a whole fresh meal for the next time that you eat and do the same for my kids or my kids up constantly leaving food on their plate wrap the plate off of the cling film I'll put it in a container and put it in the fridge number 12 is get a more fuel-efficient car given example we have a BMW right now which you know my partner loves the interviews and the size of cars I think music is always into and we've all see about four or five years ago however we're finding that it's not very good on fuel so we've been looking at other cars and all that Lee recently and we found that Citroen c4 is something that we might go for the difference we're looking at right now we're spending about 50 to 70 pounds a week on BMW and with the Citroen c4 from talking to a few people it looks like we made to spend about 30 pounds a week so half the amount number 13 think about sharing a space so if you own a home and you put a room a spare room or even if you hand got spare room get a larger we only have two bedrooms and it was a point in time when we actually had a larger for six months and we had two kids I know it's not ideal for a lot of people but if you need to get rid rid of some debt so if you want to save towards something it's a really good idea if you don't own a home and let's say you're renting a flat consider just doing a flat share number 14 stop buying things that you don't need so by this I mean stop the shopping for clothes when you don't need to try living without branded products and I'll give you an example is that just clothes things like that or like make makeup eyelid makeups and stuff like that I mean things like we thought we could never live without Heinz ketchup we thought we can never live without hobus or Kingsmill bread because of the only bread that we used to buy and we thought we could never live without Heinz baked beans but actually trying out the other brands and what I did the other day actually I bought Tesco ketchup and I think the hound tomato ketchup bottle squeezed all the Tesco ketchup into the Heinz store and I gave it to my kids in my partner and none of them notice who buys has go loaf of Costin 50p instead of a pound if we get hope its loaf of bread you know it's seeing those 40 50 feet Pirlo's but over the year and up number 15 okay your phone if you're you upgrading your phones the odds are that you hadn't really thought about what you're actually doing but I just started thinking about it this year I we kind of upgrade our phone every time the contract runs up we don't green up on every year or Battelle a new phone comes up but when a contract runs out we upgrade our phones but actually why why do I need to do that if my phone is in perfect working order I am going to get a similar contract and keep going with that until my phone breaks I want my phone breaks I'm going to buy a cheap phone and you know I'm just going to carry on resume on the contract because it came to be so much cheaper you're not paying for the fun part of it as well nobody seen quit bad habit if you're a smoker in a dream car just I mean not alcoholic but I mean like if you're used to having a glass of wine agree every evening or whatever with it or reduce it if you're a smoker think of quit smoking because it costs you I don't know how much cigarettes Cod but everything's partner quit smoking who's not just a huge difference in touch when it goes out because we realized on my working out how much use to spend on it it was a huge amount on cigarettes that you were spending Brennaman I've seen is switch from juices to just clean water one we used to buy juices with our grocery shop my children used to drink excessively and they used to only drink juice they didn't use to drink water and even I was guilty of just drinking juice and not water but if you compare the price of juice and water it's just you know you get cotton running a carton of juice or like not less than one pound a pound risky but I get two liter bottle of water of 17-piece I get ten bottles of water for 1 pound 70 for the price of of one liter juice to think about that that is a lot of money and juice kind of bad for you sometimes because lot added sugars and preservatives all those kind of stuff so we just get water we can't we spend let's say 2 pound a week on 1214 bottles of water and that does us very good and my children are healthy they have good teeth they don't have sugar passing through their mouths or spam but I am grateful for that number 20 is review all your automated bank transactions so direct debits and really occurring in card transactions for example we have a credit expert account where we have a credit expert account and the reason we got in the first place is to check our credit scores and to see what was in our credit files and our credit history and all that kind of stuff and other time that we both watched the credit expert account is because we were going through the process of you know they're trying to get lines of credit so at a point it was good because because we needed to know where we were at but now that we're trying to save and eliminate that we don't really need that because I'm not trying to take it anymore they at the moment I just remember the other day that I'm actually paying this $14.99 a month so reviewing your transactions that are automated because we tend to forget about them especially if we don't look at our state's regularly is very important because then they'll be areas that you can save on all you need to do is cancel that direct debit or call up that company and say can you cancel my subscription and that would be stopped or sometimes you can just call your bank and they can do it for you number 21 so your unwanted items whatever it is that you want you want to get rid of from your house select an ad coach box and it basically lists the item is completely free people in your area will see the ads and they'll contact you if they want to get the item you meet them and they pay cash for it it's completely free it's an also list your items on free websites like the commentary or Cree exist I believe I'm number to try to this is one thing I don't do because I can't its ride a bike everywhere I can't ride a bike Alaska me children to take everywhere with me every time I need to go out so that's one thing I don't do babe you're a single person I feel couple or if you only have one child you can ride a bike wherever you go all you have to do is invest in the bike in the first place which should cost you less than 100 plan if you get second land by but just a normal basic bike and just go everywhere with that bike you know locally and if you need to make longer journeys then of course use public transport use your car whatever but there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to move like number 23 put money in a savings account so if you are saving money already or the reason why you're watching this video is because you want to be able to save more money or start saving money the money that you're saving put it in a savings account that it can earn that little bit of interest I know interest rates in this country are not good at the moment I knew that zero point zero something per annum but every little help and we also have cash Isis or investment Isis so whatever interest you earn from that it's completely tax-free those who websites like money favoring expert it tends to list and compare the best day with the cat out there in the market depending on your needs so definitely definitely get save as a chance or just leaving your current account plus if you leave in your current accountant get tempted spending I number 24 in Scottsdale and going out so if you are a person that in like socializing going out to clubs or bars or events and all that and it's costing you money cut down a bit we don't really spend money going out every weekend but I know people that do so just cut down on that every time you go out how much you spend fifty create a hundred page you know it's a lot of money even if you spend twenty ten I mean how much is it I'm going to drink three four quid now in London for one drink and you're not going to have one drink for that evening when you go out so just cut down a bit on that and see how much money you save number 25 you can switch energy providers and save money so just find out what other energy providers there are out there as you have websites like you switch where you can have a look at how much you can see I know people are kind of reluctant to switch energy providers especially if they've been with someone so long but it's something that's worth doing because then you're not kind of being exploited for being royal sometimes these companies do exploit you for being loyal because they know you won't leave them number twenty six consider switching communication providers so and as you know for example your mobile phone service provider your TV and broadband provider consider switching you know and sometimes when you tell them that you're switching they are all of a sudden and have managed to get used a cheaper deal so you might not even have to move but try and make that first step of informing them that you want to switch and see if they have a better deal for you and if they say they don't even if they say they do shop around I number twenty-seven buying bulk so if you find that you go through two or three two piles of milk a week why not get a 6-point bowl and you have that cheaper if you're getting if there's a buy one get one free and a supermarket for bread and you're going through a couple of loads a week anyway get a buy one get one for your file freeze the bread you know work out cheaper that way so number 28 is free food a lot of things can be frozen okay so berries can be frozen meat can be frozen chicken meat and often when you bite involved we go to like butchers you get me and chicken really cheap milk can be frozen bread can be frozen number 29 is beauty treatments just do your own beauty treatments do your own eyebrows not very good as in my eyebrows as you can see they're a bit lopsided but do your own eyebrows do your own nail last but not least number 30 is reuse and recycle things so I'll give you an example of a few things that are reuse and recycle so one of the things is like you know like rags and dust cloths and all that a lot of people when clothes aren't fresh anymore and they look dirty so chuck them in the bin and buy a new cloth I put them in a washing machine with a bit of leach a bit of fairy liquid and a disinfectant called zoflora which makes the cloth smell really nice and put it on a really hot line two degree wash as soon as it comes out yes it doesn't look brand new but it smells as fresh as ever that's one of the things I do and the other thing is come on you should know this your mom or your grandma probably did this we use tea bags tea bags just reuse them come on I used rain that teabagger until there's nothing left in it no juice or no flavor left in it at all and one other thing I reuse a recycle is some gift bags so if anyone gives me a gift and a gift bag I just recycle that it looks like I went and got change for this part of the video but actually I couldn't finish the recording on that day I have three kids and a reason when I'm walking as I've got this one oh my just on my own so you know he needs a bit of attention but I hope that you have enjoyed and got some musical tips out of my 30 ways to start saving right now if obviously if you have found it useful please comment if there's something that you didn't know about if there's some things that you do already or some things that aren't on the list and I'd love to know because I want I wanna I don't think I know everything so I would love to you know what you do differently or will you add on to that list of course I like the video share it and subscribe

Here’s a list of Canadian couponing sites where you can get mailed and printable coupons. Hope this helps!
hi everybody so I'm just gonna do a vlog on where to find coupons in Canada often my followers and friends who follow my vlogs on YouTube and on Facebook have asked me Julie where do you find your coupons in Canada so I'm gonna go through some popular websites that I use myself to get mail to home coupons as well as printables at the tip of your fingers so the first website I'm going to talk about is called web saver see a so for web saver see a it's a website that offers mailed and printable coupons if you're strapped for time there are some very good popular coupons here as well as high value ones they also have some secret coupons where you would just make sure that you click on these participating partners Kellogg's Jameson Nivea and la supplies Kelly or Rene's and you can get access to secret coupons so a lot of the time web saver also offers free coupons called FPC free product coupons but they're limited quantities so you need to make sure that when you're alerted of them that you quickly sign on and you quickly grab those coupons because there are limited quantities with web saver you actually need to have an account in order to benefit from getting mailed coupons or printables it's one email address per account so if you have several members of your household and they all have different email addresses then you can definitely sign up for them and get multiple coupons so that's a website VGA and the next website is called go coupons CA I personally don't like this website because they don't renew the coupons often nor do they have a large selection either but this is another option and they are a male to coupons so they will mail it to you so that's go coupons dot C a so another website that is very popular for printable coupons only is smart source CA they have a large selection of coupons to print and the good thing about this is not only do they have a large selection but you're allowed to print two coupons per computer so if you have multiple computers in your home or your friends have computers then you can print off two per computer that's a smart source done the next website I have is PNG every day dot CA also known as brand saver CA so if you type in PG every day CA or brands ever see a it'll take you to this website so they have printable coupons they don't mail it so you can definitely print them out as long as you're connected to a printer they have a large selection of household items and personal items because as you may know PNG is a popular brand that makes hair dyes deodorant shampoos toothpastes etc so you get the idea there is a large selection and if you like to stock up on these types of items then I suggest going to this website and printing them I believe it is one per account so if you have multiple counts with P&G then you can definitely get multiple coupons as well so the next website I have is called right at home CA there's a website right at home CA and right at home dossier specializes in household coupons you need to find the coupons under special offers and coupons and they have a lot of high value coupons for cleaners and smelly's what we call smelly scandals sprays and wax melts refills so I I like these coupons because often these products go on sale for two or three dollars so you can get them for free or very cheap and it's one print per account because as you can see here it is associated with a web saver so you need to have an email address per account as you can see here you have $2 off wind ax $2 off Scrubbing Bubbles bath products $2 off Scrubbing Bubbles toilet products different types of candles and they're all high value either buy one get one free or save $2 denominations so that's a these are very high-value coupons so that's at right at home seeing the next website I have is poised calm so some of you may or may not though know that poise makes pads and liners and they have a website poise comm where you can request for a sample I believe they give you sample once every six months and the coupons are every couple of weeks so if you go to poise comm and you click on the tab of samples and offers there's the free samples that you can request or you can click on coupons when you click on the coupons tab it takes you to a page where you can print they don't mail it to you it's only printable but it's a very high value coupon so you have to make sure you click on print Canadian coupon I'm not gonna print a press on it now because my iPad doesn't is not connected to a printer but if you click on print Canadian coupon it'll actually take you to a page for you to print out a four dollar off coupon for poised liners so if you happen to be in store and find smaller packages of poised liners then you can actually get overage I've done it before at Walmart for example of their liners are only two dollars and 36 cents regular price and the coupon is good for four dollars so you're getting a dollar plus on overage so that's at poised calm and you do need to sign up it's one per account so if you have multiple emails you can definitely take advantage of that so that's for poised um the next one is very popular save dot CA so save ta has the Flyers as well as coupons as well as a cashback app they just start started this new so they didn't have the cash back up but they recently put this put it in but I use saved CA for me relief coupons so for the coupons same ideas web saver you think they can mail at you or they give you the print option and I'll show you here here are some coupons they have food items personal items cleaning items medication etc so you can request for a print or you request for them to mail and you need an account it's like web saver it's one put one email per account so if you have multiple emails then it's actually one email and address per account so if you have different addresses and different emails then you can definitely get multiples at save dot CA then the next website I have some of you may or may not know but chapman's is a brand for ice cream and every year Chapman's allows you to request one high value coupon per year per family and address so at Chapman's I've done it before in the past and a lot of couponers know about this but you can put in your address in the contact portion of their website you put your name your email your address phone number and in the message section make sure you kindly request for a coupon for their products and also include your name and your mailing address because when they receive this what they'll do is they'll mail you a coupon for four dollars off chapman's products and this is considered overage as well as a high-value coupon because often in stores they go and sale ice cream Chapman's ice cream goes on sale for like one dollar sometimes for the popsicles two dollars all the way to four dollars but you can definitely make money or get multiple products because the coupon actually says four dollars off of Chapman products plural so I can get two boxes of popsicles two dollars each equals four dollars and I use the $4 off coupon to get two boxes for absolutely free so they allow you to make this request once a year so a good habit is at the beginning of the year go to Chapman's website go to their contact information under contact us and go ahead and request a coupon they will actually mail it to you and you're allowed to request it one per year and it's only one per family or per address so that's a really great coupon to know about as well the last website I'm going to talk about is savings guru CA they have an official website but I'm mainly access this through Facebook but if you don't have Facebook since it is a secret group the next best thing is to access it by the web address so savings guru CA is a great beginners guide website for all aspiring couponers or even regulars they have a section for printable coupons coupon terms the coupon insert schedules beginners guide price matching store policies etc so I'm just gonna quickly show you everyday the owner dave has volunteers that post deals he posts them as well mostly from Amazon but he does show where we can get the best deals so volunteers such as myself contribute as well I'm you're just gonna show you how it works so if you click on one of the daily deals it'll take you to the information so basically the work has been done for you it shows you where which flyer in store it's on sale at from what date – what date for which item for which price what type of coupon you can use and finally how much you'll be getting it when you combine with price matching and/or a coupons usually there's a flyer link where you can just quickly click on it and then I'll take you to the actual flyer in this case there is no flyer link but they've showed you a screenshot so you can use your flip up or a flyer flyer app to find it and this gets updated every single day so I make it religious for myself every day I check it to see if there's any deals that I can do so I've contributed to this website before I've spotted deals and I've posted it on the site so other people can take advantage of as well but savings grows really great because it's updated every day and it takes the guesswork out of couponing really so I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and all the useful Canadian coupon websites where you can get mail coupons and printables if you have any more questions please send me a question or comment and also thumbs up please like my channel and subscribe to it if you want to see more thanks have a great evening
