Sorry ur worried about fat in the dish and so much sugar ?????

Please re consider good fats are healthy sugar spikes your insulin and juiced fruit and honey will do the same

This is way to freaking complicated for meal preps on a daily basis. If you don't want to spend your free time on cooking that is.

I retract that last comment. I like that you explain how long those foods are good for and what to do with them

My question is you meal prep it for the week. Does it stay good for a week or do you find maybe the last couple days they are starting to go bad?

My family give me a hard time when ever I make food with raw garlic (I love it. For all I know, they are vampires). What I like to do is wrap a couple of cloves in foil and bake it (like 350) for 15 minutes. I made some eggplant dip and they finished it before I had the chance to try it.

Is a lot of work I'm not sure where the budget comes from on this lol if you get all the spices all the tools and all the high-quality ingredients it comes out to a lot of money. We all don't make over 50000 a year okay

I've always questioned your use of grains, but I finally get it. You are doing keto, but you're not doing yourself a favor by not ditching the grains. Grains are bad. Give them up. At least you haven't included wheat; that would be the first step in the wheat addiction.

What's healthier, millet or Quinoa? It looks very similar. And would one or the other make it or break or from being Keto?
